I stayed at this hotel for two nights and these people are OFF THE CHARTS! Jessica must have tripped and fell from heaven because.. she’s just.. there’s no words. My heart is full and her kindness is beyond what one would expect from the world today. Pam is so down to earth, and she makes so much sense. Getting to know her was such a joy. And Maria!!! Listen.. that is one hospitable woman. We have been interacting since I’ve been on the property and she is phenomenal. She wouldn’t let me touch elevator buttons, made sure I got off first, and she is just a joy in general. This was a great stay for sure!

Everyone was really nice! My husband and I have stayed at several hotels in this area and they all been just as nice but not as expensive. That’s why I gave a four star.

Great location, near shopping and dining, not very pedestrian friendly part of town though. It's very high quality for a HGI and the staff was helpful and friendly. South Point is a nice part of town, I felt very safe

The hotel is right in the middle of everything so you could walk to almost anything you wanted, the staff was AMAZING, super helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help us.

have not stayed yet however I called to make a reservation this morning and Tegris was absolutely great at helping me with my requests! I was being a little overly picky about my 2 night stay for an upcoming wedding so Thank You Tergris! We will return to this location! It was perfect for a family wedding in the area, we had a great dinner next door at Ruth Chris after the wedding....fantastic idea! Checkin was a breeze with the app, the front desk person was awesome when I arrived early, she found another room that was ready! rooms were clean and well stocked (except a little shy on in room coffe supplies)lol the on site dining was great saturday afternoon! One waitress and I believe one cook in the kitchen, handles 17 of us and our food and beverage needs and everything was awesome! Monday breaksfast was not as good or quick although still decent! Pool is very small and the enclosure was super hot apparently because no maintenance staff is on over the weekend! didn't spoil our time but it was missed! We will stay at this location again likely!

Man listen this is one of the best experiences i have ever had ! Taran and Zori were amazinging since we arrived at the hotel! Checking in was smooth and effortless , as our room was ready early as we arrived 2 hours early! We went to our event we had planned came back to eat dinner and Zori so graciously asked us if we wanted the lobby turned on. For him to acknowledge us and ask us if we needed anything meant everything to us after a long day. Since we received such great customer service we decided to go down and try the bar , and it was great! The experience was a amazing to have a conversation with employees, but they made us feel like we were in our living room . Taran was great at accommodating us and probing great customer service . We had the oppirnitoy of meeting Taran and Zori and we feel like we have met a distance family members . Thank you so much for this experience ! 10/10 100/100 !!

Upon checking in, I realized the online reservations booked the wrong hotel and I was charged for their mistake. The front desk at the hotel I was checking in went way above and helped me contact the supervisor to correct their mistake. Tegris was exceptional with customer service; helped me for over 30 minutes and was absolutely delightful the entire time. As a Trauma Director, I recognize compassion and a sincere work ethic. I wish every I had Tegris in my field! Thank you for your hard work and making my stay superb!! Also want to thank Sunday for her phenomenal breakfast and starting my day off with her cheerful smile and sunny disposition!!

You would think looking from the outside the rooms would reflect it. We checked in after I was medicated and discharged from an out of state ER. From the ER it was a 3hr drive to the hotel. We did a late check in. The desk in the room had a leg that was barely hanging on and there was splintered wood where the Kerig was. I know housekeeping noticed this when they cleaned the room. Thank God our small child was not with us as this was a BIG safety issue. As a Diamond member I was disappointed. I feel like they just put guests in any room regardless of member status because guests stay there because of the convenience. It’s sad that we’ve stayed in Hampton Inns that are more up to par. Y’all need to step it up a few notches, Hilton Garden Inn Durham! The location was good and convenient to the mall, interstate, and shops.

Stayed in a king suite. Spacious, clean room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to good shopping and food!

Stayed here for four nights. I like the location a lot. Good access to the American Tobacco Trail. Reasonable driving distance to attractions in Durham and Chapel Hill. Rooms and common areas were in good shape. But we were there for four nights and despite asking for housekeeping service twice, we never once had anyone come in to tidy the room or replenish supplies, etc. They did bring extra towels when requested, though.

Stay was great, until my key would not work, the girl at the desk ask me to bring it to the desk and get another key and also ask me to test the key on the business door. I think she could have tried it and have it ready, after we had to come down. Very disappointed
