Comfortable bed, very nice kitchen and living area. I like the new bottles for bathing, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion -- no more waste, good for the environment! Only problem -- we couldn't attach to place they appeared to go on shower wall.

The toilet was so low it was like I was back in elementary school (Definitely time for an upgrade!) & it took forever to figure out the TV remote. However, the staff, decor and cleanliness were Great😊

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home. The beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable. The location is near several restaurants and shopping sites. A great place to stay if you need a room in the Durham/ Chapel Hill area.

Property and service were both excellent. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was complementary and more than just a bagel. Options included: scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, dry cereal, multiple juices, bread choices, fresh fruit and free coffee available all day.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was hot and delicious, the kitchen staff ladies were friendly and always greeted me. Housekeeping staff never hesitated to provide extra towels, etc if needed. The front desk agent Ms.TeQowa Jones is extremely friendly, welcoming, polite, professional she was always smiling and eager to assist me. I would stay here again whenever I am in the Durham area.

I can not say enough positive things about this hotel. Our family had an extended stay here for an emergency situation so I got to really know this place. I have to say the staff and service was so great. I give it up to management for assembling such a great team. We were greeted with smiles and great care everyday. From the housekeeping staff, to the breakfast ladies, people were so positive and hardworking. The place has it's bumps and bruises, but it's a three star hotel, so that is what one should expect. I found the location shockingly convenient. Between Chapel Hill and Durham, I could get anything I possibly needed in 15 minutes. From sushi, to tide pods, to surgery, everything's close.

I worked next door when this property first opened up. My children & I also lived here for three months back many years ago. This is usually where we look to go 'home' to when we're unable to stay at our own home. I have to say that while there has been updates in the lobby & small things in the rooms, it is definitely time for the entire property to get an overhaul. The bathrooms really show their age. The bottoms of the door is wearing away. The shower surround is truly showing its age. The mattresses were absolutely awful to sleep on, my daughter even tried to pull out sofa over the bed (these appear to be the same sofas from when they opened). There was no information in the room that gave any information about the hotel; check out time, breakfast hours, pool hours, or even where to find the fitness room. Nothing. I was also disappointed that the front desk clerk got me checked in & just disappeared. While she was polite, she was a bit like Houdini. In my years in hospitality, you never left a guest standing at the counter even after you checked them in. The lady that was there when I checked out, was very kind & was at the front desk the entire time I was loading up. I also had asked for an 'accessible room with a handicap bar in the bathtub'. While the tub did have the bar, the room was absolutely not an accessible room. Lastly, the toilets felt like I was in a kindergarten class they were so low to the floor, which made it even more difficult for use, as there was no handicap bar by the toilet. I was definitely disappointed in this as a Hilton property & remembering what this property used to be like.

Great quality everything from the friendly staff, cleaned comfortable beds/linens, to the coffee/juice bars! Oh but let's not forget the breakfast...grits,boiled eggs,bacon,sausage,bagels,muffins and fresh fruits! What a lovely experience... Thanks Homewood Suites by Hilton!

There are some great things about this hotel. The great things are it's right off the highway easy to get to, walkign distance to The Home Depot right across the street, walking distance to Kohls, Applebee's, Outback Steakhouse, Kanki's, Duck Donuts, Moe's, and more! They have free breakfast every day and Constance thats runs it when she is there is by far the BEST person to meet. 😊😇 She is so energtic, happy and loves greeting and talking wiht the guests! Constance, thank you for always making my morning when I see you! There is a free social Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays that has appetizer foods, but it cam be enough for a meal. Lately they have not had it on Wednesday evenings due to no staff. The hotel is clean and the housekeepers do an amazing job keeping it clean and fresh. The downfalls....It is an outdated hotel and the owners need to invest in upgrading. Needs new carpet, paint and upgrades to the appliances and furniture in the rooms. The hallway carpets are outdated and dingy. The pool area is nice and the seating is comfortable and relaxing! Cannot go wrong staying here in Durham/Chapel Hill. If the rooms and hallway carpets were updated this would be a 5 star rating😊.

Staying in Durham for an extended stay and booked here. Everyone has been welcoming, kind and supportive. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Rooms are nice, quiet and clean. Breakfast is good but the best part of it is Ms. Connie who makes me smile every morning and puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I’m going to miss her when we leave.

Great property! Clean and well kept rooms and common areas, pool was pristine, most staff was very friendly. Only drawback was breakfast - no waffle maker and no non- dairy milk options so my kids didn’t have a lot to choose from but would still return!

I just want to send a giant thank you for the staff at Homewood Suites by Hilton Raleigh-Durham AP/RTP. We were treated with a kind, compassionate, thoughtful and professional manner. They helped us address our issues as quickly and best as possible. Although we were unable to finish the duration of our stay due to a number of unfortunate circumstances, Robert helped us immensely to ensure that we were refunded by our third party for the remaining nights we would not be staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for the way how they have treated us, cared about our stay and thoughtfully helped us through getting our payment back. Thank you again to the staff and to Robert the manager. We hopefully will come back to stay in the future. So glad we were able to stay at a place where the staff is so personally invested in caring for their guests.
