Don’t let the location in the food court of a “mall” throw off the atmosphere. This is a nice mall and food court. Enjoying an ice cream while walking around The Streets at Southpoint is more enjoyable then eating at a standalone ice cream shop.

A delightful treat that stands out for its fresh ingredients and delicious ice cream. The portion size is just right. Adding an extra topping like nuts could give it the additional flair it needs.
Coffee Chip Shake: 8.3
An excellent coffee shake that benefits from high-quality, tasty ice cream. The blend is spot-on, and the serving size is perfect.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie: 8.2
While not groundbreaking, it's fresh, tastes great, and is very satisfying.

Paying around $10 per person might feel a bit much, especially for the smoothie, but the quality could justifies the cost to some. The sundae offers better value compared to the smoothie, considering the quality and experience. -
The mix of fruits and ice cream are incredible… enjoyed by children and adults alike ..unique taste .. i chose chocolate, mango and strawberry 🍓 it was smooth and refreshing texture

After managing various locations in different states, I’m really a critic when I come to a store. I can’t help it, I’m always seeing if things are how they should be. They had it going on during a busy Sunday in the holiday season. The counters were clean, the tubs were scraped, they were offering samples and the ice cream was tempered just right. Def a vast improvement from this location years prior. Proud of the streets of southpoint.

Came here today for a smoothie, the employees were very nice and friendly there was one girl with red hair that was helping me she was extremely friendly and professional! They had everything down looked like a lot of teenagers were running the store while waiting for my smoothie I witnessed a difficult customer get loud and rude with an employee I was impressed by the way this young lady handled the customer! Not only that but her coworkers had her back as well. I know service working can be hard and I am sending best wishes to the team working today.

I was helped by an older woman I think her name tag said Flor not sure. She was really rude towards me and my husband she kept cutting us off while we were talking and when we didn’t get a cones fast enough should shake it like being very impatient, which was disrespectful because we were holding our children and we only have so many hands available. She then went to other coworker and started speaking Spanish to her and called me dumb Which is also really rude because I understood clearly what she was saying. Other coworkers finished and helped us she was really sweet her name started with a C and had short hair, she gave us a cup because she saw the ice-cream was about to fall
