Hilton is the best of best I've been using gurleys pharmacy for almost 12 years now it's been a lot of changes to the store. I love there free delivery services for when I cant get a ride. This pharmacy use to be prompt with service! This the only pharmacy that's has so many pharmacies and they are still slow, or if meds are suppose to be ready it don't be ready. They don't realize they're in the middle of downtown with limited parking or no parking close by. When Ms. Pat gets you in and out. I hate when she's not working. Other than that it would be 5 stars

Just a great pharmacy all around; the kindest staff, affordable and quick! They will definitely work with you to make sure you can get your medications, taking the time to check prices, etc. Im so glad we switched away from places like CVS and Walgreens. Love Gurleys!

This is one the best pharmacies in the state. Before I had insurance it was the only place I could afford to pay out of pocket. The pharmacists are always friendly with me but I treat them respectfully. They are busy and I've watched them deal with plenty of irate customers with tact.

Gurley's really. cares about the community in Durham! They have helped my family so much by providing compassionate care for a member of my family that is professional, kind, and absolutely above and beyond! They really care about helping people in Durham get the medicine they need at an affordable prices. Their pharmacists will help you work through any issues with insurance and they have great relationships with local health care providers. I could not recommend Gurley's more!

I am a Duke healthcare provider and have had repeated positive interactions with Gurley’s!! My patients have had phenomenal service and delivery (even meds prepackaged for the time of day) from this company! They are especially kind and helpful to my indigent patients!!! They also have a super helpful medical supply store! I cannot say enough good things about these people and this company.

And they are very community focused. I can tell that they love their city and want to help.
I’ve always worked with very kind people at the register And all of them have had immense patience for the long line that can build sometimes. They are fast and efficient while so answering questions.
I live in North Raleigh and I pick up my meds here when I drive to Durham to visit friends. That is saying something.

I absolutely love this place. It's been great since changing from corporate pharmacies. I also love the lady that works at the front. She is amazing and always goes above and beyond her job description. However I gave 4 stars because I used to get my medication quickly and now it's a wait. When I first started going here they had my medicine ready the moment I walked in the door every single time and the last few times I've had to wait 15+ for my meds to become ready. And because the gentleman that works at the front isn't very friendly or helpful. I go to the lady and refuse to go to him. But for the most part I love it. I'm trying out their delivery service tomorrow so we will see how that goes. It's free delivery for all Durham co. Residents. *Update on Delivery Service- Service is quick and is amazing except for if you don't need to sign for your meds they just throw them at your front door on the ground at the door. I'm right on the road and sadly anyone could steal my meds and I wouldn't even know because they don't knock or call to let you know it's been dropped off and even if they did knock I'm in a 2 story house, can't hear anything upstairs from the front door. So my rating is staying 4 stars. Still better this place than most others.
