I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Tyler Jackson, a Senior Sales & Service Representative, when I went to open a small business account at the bank. It’s by far the worst banking experience with this branch. It’s happened more than 3-4 times and that is when it compelled me to write this review.
This branch has is always free from customers, you will hardly find 1-2 customers at max, and now I know the reason as well.
The front office staff Ms. Chadda, I have seen her for more than a year now, but still she is clueless of any bank related process and has this weird attitude as if she is the Commissioner of IRS.
The back office staff have a very high attrition rate and they are always new with little to NO training (no offense to them). So they are scrambling even to send out a basic wire transfer.
There are no notary’s onsite.
The service and attitude of the people working there is pathetic; with zero banking knowledge.
If you really want to get any work done with First Citizens bank, please visit the Cary branch. It’s going to be busy, but at-least your work/task will be completed. -
I visited this branch today, and felt compelled to leave a review given past reviews. Apparently, the branch closed for renovations. Not like any other First Citizens branch I have ever visited; a very open, clean, and inviting space. Banker I spoke with, Katie, was quick, responsive, and addressed all my questions and needs. Highly recommend visiting this branch. Disclaimer: This branch does not have drive up teller service, but does have a drive-up Intelligent ATM (can make deposits). -
Zero stars if I could, worse customer service from a bank. I tried to jump through all the steps they wanted but they just wouldn't honor there end. Complete stonewalled, will avoid at all cost in the future.
