The check in process was very quick and easy and the staff have been very helpful with any questions or concerns. The room was clean, with everything working perfectly. The internet was also faster than some other places that I have stayed. Having a Target right across the main street and some food options is also super convenient while staying here. Would definitely stay again. -
Ive stayed here for months and find the staff super helpful and almost like family. The wash room is run with coins or an app and that make doing laundry very convenient. Full size refrigerators and very comfy beds make this a must stay for me!! -
I stayed here for work and figured since I was only going to be in town for a couple months, it would be fine for a temporary stay. I was a little skeptical because of the low prices, but I tried to keep an open mind.
Right away at check-in I was told the “fully equipped kitchen” didn’t actually include cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. unless I bought them from the front desk. I’ve stayed at other extended stay hotels before that included those things, so that was frustrating and honestly felt misleading.
When I got to the room, it smelled pretty bad — kind of like BO and old corn chips. I ended up going to Target for Febreze just to make it tolerable. The room itself was rough around the edges too: torn carpet, missing bathroom door handle, no chair at the table, and surprisingly no microwave. The pictures they show you online are very far from what the actual room looks like.
That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due: the bed was actually really comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and it was pretty quiet at night. Because of that, I decided to just deal with the rest since I was only staying short term anyway.
About a week later I got a survey from the hotel and answered honestly. I mentioned the condition of the room, the kitchen situation, and that I wasn’t aware about when I would get housekeeping services. The next morning I got loud knocking on my door with someone yelling “management.” The woman who said she was the manager was clearly angry about my survey responses and immediately became argumentative with me about the cookware and housekeeping policies instead of just listening to the feedback.
That interaction honestly made me more uncomfortable than the room itself. I understand this isn’t a luxury hotel and I wasn’t expecting one, but I do expect basic professionalism. I ended up checking out early and just eating the extra fee because I no longer felt comfortable staying there.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
P.s. If the manager is reading this, I've included the email where it says fully equipped kitchen which it was not. -
I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean, and there was a strong odor throughout. The condition of the room was poor, including rusted burners and visible wear. Noise was a major issue as well, with loud parties going on all night and very thin walls. The laundry room was also poorly maintained, with only one functioning dryer. I would not recommend this property based on my experience. -
Me and my little family have been staying here for a number of months now, here it is.
Extended Stay, has been here in this location for a long time, going through changes over the years, yes its a bit run down, that goes with the were and tare. There is bound to be some issues with rooms, some other guests and maybe staff( depending on you) on situations within this hotel, its all on how you handle yourself 1st.
There has been ownership and management changes though out the years, currently new ownership has taken place and management, and staff has been great in many ways, with any issues that come up, they do their best to get it resolved as soon as they can. We are happy to stay here, and have conversations with management and staff.
Don't be disappointed that they dont offer a continental breakfast as that just not possible, yes laundry room, a vending machine, overnight service when needed.
There is a kitchenette in every room. Target across the main road, for the Macdonalds fans, there is one a 6 minute walk, Ross and a number of other options.
The bad reviews are from those who handled things all wrong here. Cause they are working on bettering things here as its taking time to do, so bear with them.
I could make this location the completely best out of this world, but that would be wrong, so I give you truth and facts, now its your choice on what you do when you get here.
