They have pretty good deals. Things are organize and they have a large selection. Customer service is horrible. Just kids hanging around talking. Even if you ask them a question they just ignore you until they finish their conversation. At check out, the guy didn’t say single word to me, but was yapping and flirting with his coworker just seconds before.

Really nice store. Great location, with awesome surrounding shops. This particular spot has a really fantastic selection and isn’t picked over —for example during soccer season. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, with great advice. It feels fresh, open and airy inside. Easy on and off freeway access.

My experience was good. I had an online order. I didn’t realize I was gonna drive all the way there when I selected this location, but the guy that was working. The register was really nice and I checked out relatively fast.

False advertising, signs say one thing and they tell you something different at register. Rude customer service and they tell you that the signs are wrong but yet are displayed throughout store. I love DICK’S sporting goods and have my whole life but the employees running this store are terrible!

I visited the store seeking a softball bat. 3 associates by the door and not 1 greeted me. I was looking for an associate on the floor to assist me and when I found one he first ignored me because I was interrupting his time on his cel phone to then tell me, "we don't see bats here". Very unprofessional and unpleasant staff there this morning.
