Emily Espanoso was very rude. I went through drive thru. Got home to realize half the fries and no straw for my drink. I went back and asked for a manager. Emily came up. I told her my problem. She snatched the fries and said she'd replace them. Put new ones on the counter and walked away. I asked for her again. She came over. I told her i was not given a straw for my rootbeer float. I requested a new float because im 30 minutes in because I had driven home and back. She rolled her eyes and went to get a new one as she tossed the old float to the trash with an attitude. My family literally spends thousands probably 3 or 4 at this location every year. I wish she would have offered at least a 1 meal voucher or something. I felt so disrespected. I guess I need to spend my money at Eubanks rd location from here on out. All I expected was for my food to be right. I had not been home for 14hrs and I was just trying to feed my family from a Christian based food chain.

Just got home and opened the bag to find the handful of fries. -
I arrived at 11 and the line was already long. I go through the drive-through and my friend asked for a large water and they said that they don’t do large waters anymore. bullshit. we pull around and mind you, I ask for a large meal. I get my food, and I’m handed a medium lemonade. I told them I wanted a large and they gave me medium. We then checked the bags and my friend didn’t get her avocado lime ranch that she so very clearly mentioned that she wanted, so then she had to go inside and go get her ranch after we went through the drive-through. The food was very mediocre and the fries were cold. I feel like I was eating food that they reheated from yesterday. Please get better customer service and get better food. I would love a refund however, they definitely will not give me that.

This location of Chick-fil-A doesn't have the mobile through drive through feature, so it can take a little longer than normal if you're used to using Mobile Thru. It still moves pretty quickly, and the people are very friendly and helpful there. The parking lot is small, I've never tried to park and go in to the actual restaurant, but I imagine during busy times of the day it would be difficult to do so because of the traffic coming and going for the drive through.

Nice staff! We met the wonderful Todd who took time to talk to us, took care of our trays and was very nice! Great spicy chicken burger as well.
