First Chick-fil-A meal. Well it's in a foodcourt of a shopping malll. Foodcourt is nicely decked up. Love the real potato waffle fries.

My friend and i came to eat at around 12pm , at first everything was fine. My friend asked for three chikfila sauces when the worker (a black lady with a pulled back bun) grabbed a handful and threw it into the bag trying to be funny. She then laughed like something was funny, this is completely outrageous and i’ve never seen a chikfila’s worker be this rude !

Every other Chick-fil-A I have been to has awesome service…but this one is consistently poor. They are rude. They are disorganized. Really bad.

I ordered on Uber eats. The kale salad was less than 1/2 full. No sauces, fries were burnt. I called to let them know and no one answers the phone. All seals were in tact so it wasn’t the driver’s fault.
