My room was very clean and comfortable. Idk if she sprayed something but there was a very light fresh scent the two days I stayed here. The night receptionist was VERY informative and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was HOT and made well; which is MUCH obliged. I also like the architecture of the room; the shower and toilet are separate to the sink. I didn’t go in the pool but it was a beautiful sight and right near the gym; so a great view. A lot of greenery and peace and calm. The gym is small but effective and very clean.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hyatt Place. Overall this location is very clean and well kept. It offers one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve ever had. It’s in a quiet business park near an Aldi and a few restaurants. There is plenty of free parking. The pool and patio are a peaceful spot facing a wooded area behind the hotel.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I can say that this is hands down the best Hyatt Place I have ever stayed at. The pool is excellent, and both the selection and quality of the breakfast far exceeded what I would normally expect from a Hyatt Place. What truly makes this property stand out, however, is its exceptional staff. I accidentally left my car idling in the parking lot, and after a Good Samaritan alerted the front desk, the staff contacted the police to identify the vehicle and quickly located our room. Their prompt and thoughtful response was greatly appreciated. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation whenever I return to the RTP area.

Beautiful, friendly, convenient, quiet, modern hotel! Totally immaculate guestroom and common areas of the hotel. The hotel is very modern and upscale. The hotel staff was fantastic; friendly, professional and very helpful with questions regarding the hotel facilities and the surrounding area. Excellent Halloween decorations already in place during my early October stay. My guestroom was spacious, quiet and comfortable. My guestroom included large windows, refrigerator, large flat screen TV, work desk, sofa, and clean, relaxing bedding. My guestroom bathroom was very clean, spacious and very large, with glass, walk in shower. The hotel facilities include a pool, gym, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Snacks and beverages available for purchase adjacent registration area. The hotel is conveniently located in an area with many shopping and dining options. If you're traveling without a vehicle, as I was, there are several dining and shopping options within an easy walk of the hotel. I chose the Bonefish Grill, for an early, delicious dinner, which is just a few steps from the hotel. There is also a good burger/sandwich restaurant also located within steps of the Hyatt. If you need supplies during your stay, Aldi is located directly in front of the hotel. The Hyatt Place Durham is an exceptional hotel. I highly recommend the Hyatt for shower extended stays.

Amazing rooms, super clean, perfect for larger families with kids.

Breakfast was more like a 5-star hotel breakfast with healthy choices (fresh fruits, exotic fruits like dragonfruit)
Large pool perfect for the kiddos!
I would give this hotel a 10/10!!!!!
Rooms were polished!!! Will be back again l!
