Food was good and service friendly, and it was our first time dining at a Bonefish Grill. But disturbed, frankly, b/c not an hour after walking in ourselves, I overheard an African American pair (mother/daughter) being told they weren’t taking walk-ins at present. So, at a minimum, make a reservation I guess?

Updated 1/20/26 I visited BoneFish with my friend for lunch. Nicole,our server, was amazing, so polite and personable. We enjoyed the lunch special (nice they brought lunch menu back) and ordered the chowder soup, blackened fish tacos, Bang Bang tacos with sweet tea. They have martini’s for $5 on Monday and I had the blueberry lemon drop, my favorite drink.

I dined in at Bonefish on Sunday and my server, Chelsea was the best. She was so kind and very attentive. The manager also asked how I was doing which was nice. I ordered the bourbon salmon, mash potatoes and asparagus. The salmon was little a more overcooked than I’m use to. I ordered take home meal and the salmon portion was noticeably smaller so will likely only eat in for the future. The bread is always enjoyable.
On prior visits, I’ve had their bang bang shrimp (my favorite), blue lemon drop martini, their calamari at a different location which were all fantastic. They also temporarily stopped serving lunch but see they have added it back.

I like to eat at the Bonefish Grill whenever I am in Durham on business. It is walking distance from the Hyatt Place Southpoint where I stay. I'm always alone and I sit at the bar. I came in on Thursday night November 13th and had a small house salad and a sirloin steak with a side of asparagus and mushroom and spinach risotto. The food was prepared perfectly. The steak was good but the risotto was exceptional. Nicole took care of me at the bar and was wonderful. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Durham.

We had the BEST time with Chelsea. We attended the fall brunch event, and thanks to Chelsea we had an amazing time. She kept an eye on us, made sure my daughter had a blueberry lemonade, and chatted with us even though it was a busy event. The food was tasty, the event was fun, but Chelsea was the star of our day. I can’t wait to come back to bonefish and ask for Chelsea!!

First time customer, very nice girls night out!! Not really for children. Large bar area to sit and chat also. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful.

I came in this past Friday after a long day at work and sat at the bar. Nicole was AMAZING! The food and drinks were great and the customer service was unparalleled. Will definitely be back!

I’ve never been to a Bonefish Grill but had one in the parking lot of the hotel we stayed at. Decided to take the kids and boy was it delicious. Our server, Mari was amazing and attentive. It was right at dinner time but she kept bringing refills for the adults and the kids after a long day of being in the sun for a soccer tournament. If we end up in the area again we will definitely be back!!!

Shaun was amaaaaaazing !!!! He was very attentive , friendly , and provided exceptional service. My friends and I will definitely be back just because of him. The food was also fresh and served in a timely manner. Also , Jack Harlow ( the manager - did not know his actual name ) checked on our table , which we appreciated as well.

We have had several Christmas 🎄 parties at Bone Fish Grill locations. The food is always excellent. The staff is always friendly. Bang Bang shrimp is one of our favorites here. Definitely a go to for a special occasion. We have good memories here as well as we have eaten with lots of special friends. I am glad we still have such good restaurants in our area.
