We came to Durham for a show at DPAC and decided to stay the night and make it a girl's day out the next day. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They provided a wonderful hot breakfast. Chickfila is walking distance across the parking lot. Target, Southpoint Mall and multiple shops are just minutes away. Definitely glad we made the decision to stay here.

I had a good stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. William helped me out very kindly with a forgotten item. The ambiance is nice too. I wish they had EV charging but everything was good otherwise!

During the week of August 14th- August 18th the company I work for, Head Start, had a week of in-service training. This hotel was where our reservation was for the week, and I must say everything was amazing. Every morning we had a hot, prepared breakfast, lunch was amazing also. Anything we asked for, the staff went above and beyond to provide us with it. I look forward to giving my services to this fine establishment again. No complaints whatsoever.

We had to stay here one night after a family visit with some relatives. It was a very nice place and very calm. It's really close to some restaurants, like you could walk to them close, but the hotel or inn wasn't ever crazy. They had a very awesome breakfast buffet in the morning and they change that everyday and it was delicious and I cannot wait till the next time we go visiting that family so we can stay at that hotel :-)

The place is nice with good amenities. The rooms are slightly smaller but well equipped.
You get a proper cooked breakfast with waffles! This is great.
I wish they provided proper plates and cutlery instead of paper and single use plastics to be kind to the environment.

Our room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was a nice buffet selection. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. Staff were super friendly at check in and check out. Overall a really nice stay in a quiet location.

Alex, Gary and the entire staff were polite, courteous and professional. We had the Watkins Family Reunion and they made the event and the stay here a pleasure. We had a grand time and appreciate all the hard work the staff put in to accommodate us. Perfect!

We were in Durham for a birthday party. The Fairfield was just about 10 minutes away and very convenient to the interstate. Check-in was fast and so was check-out. I was a bit surprised that the front desk was unable to locate my Marriott account. There were a number of us together, the hotel did a great job of putting us close to each other. While we weren't exceptionally rowdy, at moments the laughter was loud, but the hotel did not make us uncomfortable about the noise.

Jack was very helpful on the phone setting up my reservation and then the next day checking me in. The AC ran all night, was very noisy, and couldn't keep the room cool. I mentioned to the front desk person on checking out that the AC system had issues and my room got hot, the young lady took recorded the info but I didn't get anything in the way of "Sorry for the inconvenience".

Wonderful overnight stay. The front desk staff when making reservation, upon arrival and at check out were all exceptional. I worked with 2 different members who were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance to Bonefish Grill and Chick Fil A. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
I was only in town for 24 hours so it served my needs well.
