We ordered two chicken sandwiches. They are awful. Look like a 5 year old put it together. I could have made a better sandwich at home and saved my money.. First time and the last time I give them our business.

Food is good but when I asked for a combo, they default to a large drink and fries without asking. Then the fries came out and was not the quantity worth the fee for a large. Overpriced but good taste.

Look, this might be a mall location in a food court, but the customer service was exceptional!! Then when I got my sandwich, the master of the grill made the most delicious sandwich! I don't know why there are so many low ratings, but the entire staff was fantastic, the food was hot and looked amazing, and the taste was even better than it looked. The manager should be commended for hiring exceptional staff members who care and perform at such a stellar level.

Ordered wing combo and large Philly Steak. Honestly not impressed at all, loud music playing disturbing neighbor restaurants, when food came out wings were burnt and sandwich so bad, not coming back, honestly can’t even understand how this business stays open.

I should have looked at the reviews but didn't think of it because I normally live Charley's.
I asked for boneless wings and didn't pay attention to the receipt until I received the order. They bumped it up to a meal with fries without me asking them to or them asking me if that's what I wanted. The wings don't taste Cajun at all and are super over cooked and greasy. The cook acted like it was an inconvenience to both give me my food and for me to ask where the forks are (behind the counter).
Do not recommend.
