The watch repair took much longer than originally told (which was also a long time). It was very expensive (>$1000). The logistics of maintaining a Rolex watch is more than my mother can now handle. The personnel at Fink’s were all excellent.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Ike Hatzisavvas. Ike is professional and welcoming. I was simply browsing on my lunch break and while I was in the market for some stackable diamond/gemstone bands, I wasn’t in a hurry either. Ike greeted me immediately and I told him what I was looking for. Ike knew exactly what to show me and was never pushy. He was also fun to talk to as well! Buying a Rolex watch in today's market can be a very frustrating experience. Supplies are low and demand is high. In such an environment my expectations for getting a watch were very low. Still, I thought I'd try and went to Fink's Jewelers at Southpoint and spoke with Ike, a true professional and gentleman. He took time to explore different models with me that might meet my needs, and explained that while supplies are indeed tight occasionally inventory becomes available. After a very pleasant conversation we narrowed my preferred watch to two models. Ike said that he'd check into finding the watch I wanted. I left the store pleased with his optimistic outlook, but expected not to hear from him for several months. To my surprise I stopped by a few days later, and he told me that they may have a watch that will work for me. I was shocked, but delighted, and immediately agreed to purchase it. Ike found it, and went even further having his expert technician size the watch for me when I arrived, ensuring that it fit perfectly. If you've not tried shopping for a high quality watch lately you may not appreciate how rare my story is. Many dealers won't even take the time to discuss specific models with you since they can sell the watch as soon as it arrives. Ike took his time, and made me feel comfortable about the different options/models. He was only interested in providing the best possible customer experience for me, as well as his other clients. If you want to avoid the hassle that so often surrounds buying high end jewelry, and want to be treated like an old friend, I suggest you go to Fink's Southpoint and ask for Ike. I'm glad I did, and I'm sure you will be too! Highly recommended!

I’ve walked in to Finks a few times over the past year while passing in the mall to look at new watches and to get an older watch serviced. Every interaction I have had from all of the people at Finks has been top notch. Great people who care about doing right by their customers.
When I was ready to purchase, Brian Faulkner assisted me, and to no surprise, my positive expertise at Finks continued. I had a few questions / decisions to make on the configuration of the watch I wanted going into my appointment, and Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to a decision that was right for me. Brian was also very timely in his communications with me. I won’t be going to anyone else for any future purchases.

Finks Jewelers did an amazing job fixing my rings (resizing then and putting a new prong on my ring)! They even offered to clean my rings! They went above and beyond. Very personable and were very kind to my 6 and 8 year old girls! I’ll be back to have them repair/resize jewelry in the future!

My initial contact was placed via their website but I received a call shortly thereafter from the manger of their Durham location, Brian Faulkner. I expressed my interests and he schedule a time for me to come in. Buying a beautiful timepiece, especially one that carries significant meaning, should be an exciting experience so I had high expectations. Brian and his team surpassed those expectations. I took my Rolex to get serviced here due to some deep scratches on the bezel & the band. I’m very impressed! The watch looks brand new again. They even gave me a green Rolex branded travel pouch upon receiving the watch. I highly recommend them for watch restoration or just working out imperfections that your watch may have. Thank you!
