I cannot recommend Finks enough if you’re looking to build your watch collection. Specifically, Ike & Claire, they are truly interested in finding the pieces that you want. Great sales representatives that focus more on you being happy with the item than pushing it out the door.

I contacted Ike to special order a Longines watch and he quickly got the order placed and kept in touch throughout the shipping process. When I arrived I asked if I could view a few pieces. Ike & Claire brought several pieces for me to look at and decided to purchase a few more items while I was in-store (over hour drive). Despite the drive, I will only purchase my watches from Finks and highly recommend stopping in, even if you just have questions, they’re more than happy to help!

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Fink’s Jewelers in Southpoint Mall in Durham. Rebecca was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which made purchasing our first luxury watches such a special experience.

What truly stood out was her follow-up and dedication. She was able to locate two additional watches we were hoping to get and immediately called us when they became available. That level of service is rare.

We’re very grateful and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend asking for Rebecca!

I have a special watch that normally has to go to back to the watchmaker for service. I moved here from NYC and the brand is not available here. Fink’s Jewelers at Southpoint was able to repair. They were friendly, prompt and reasonable. I will definitely return there for other needs.

I’ve been a client of Fink’s for 6 years now, and the level of service across their locations is unmatched. Over the years, James at North Hills has helped me add some incredible Tudor pieces to my collection, and most recently, I worked with Rebecca at the Southpoint location to acquire an Omega Seamaster NTTD. The experience with the Omega was flawless from start to finish — Rebecca even went above and beyond to custom order a smaller titanium mesh bracelet to ensure the fit was absolutely perfect.

What really sets Fink’s apart is their teamwork: Rebecca collaborated seamlessly with James to coordinate everything perfectly. It’s rare to find a luxury retailer where the staff works together across stores so cohesively to take care of a local enthusiast. Both Rebecca and James are phenomenal professionals who genuinely care about helping me curate my collection. I had an outstanding experience working with Becca at Fink’s at The Streets of Southpoint while purchasing a watch for my son’s college graduation.
