Wendy was fantastic to work with. She was nothing shy of friendly, patient, knowable, open-minded, and supportive of me and my fiancée. One thing we really appreciated was that Wendy was not pushy whatsoever, and let us do our own browsing, while answering all and any questions we had. It didn't feel like she was trying to sell us anything at all, but rather there to accompany us on our own wedding ring shopping and get to know us.

If you are looking at adding some nice time pieces to your collection or wanting to start a collection like I am, I highly recommend checking out Fink's Jewelers in The Streets of Southpoint Mall. I worked with Rebecca. I felt like she really cared about helping me find a nice watch. There was no sales pressure, nor did I ever feel like I was being rushed. I will definitely be going back when it's time for my next purchase.

The watch repair took much longer than originally told (which was also a long time). It was very expensive (>$1000). The logistics of maintaining a Rolex watch is more than my mother can now handle. The personnel at Fink’s were all excellent.

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Ike Hatzisavvas. Ike is professional and welcoming. I was simply browsing on my lunch break and while I was in the market for some stackable diamond/gemstone bands, I wasn’t in a hurry either. Ike greeted me immediately and I told him what I was looking for. Ike knew exactly what to show me and was never pushy. He was also fun to talk to as well! I’ve only had positive experiences at Finks. Mainly go to Finks at Southpoint. Brian Faulkner takes care of business. He makes you feel like you are his priority and ensures you are happy. Would definitely recommend for any jewelry needs.
