I cannot recommend Finks enough if you’re looking to build your watch collection. Specifically, Ike & Claire, they are truly interested in finding the pieces that you want. Great sales representatives that focus more on you being happy with the item than pushing it out the door.

I contacted Ike to special order a Longines watch and he quickly got the order placed and kept in touch throughout the shipping process. When I arrived I asked if I could view a few pieces. Ike & Claire brought several pieces for me to look at and decided to purchase a few more items while I was in-store (over hour drive). Despite the drive, I will only purchase my watches from Finks and highly recommend stopping in, even if you just have questions, they’re more than happy to help!

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Fink’s Jewelers in Southpoint Mall in Durham. Rebecca was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, which made purchasing our first luxury watches such a special experience.

What truly stood out was her follow-up and dedication. She was able to locate two additional watches we were hoping to get and immediately called us when they became available. That level of service is rare.

We’re very grateful and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend asking for Rebecca!

Finks provides outstanding customer service. The staff is well trained and are helpful in selecting jewelry for all occasions. We have used them for everything from engagement rings, birthday presents to celebrating a new baby. The inventory is outstanding but they can always special order if needed. Highly recommend Finks for your jewelry needs.

I have a special watch that normally has to go to back to the watchmaker for service. I moved here from NYC and the brand is not available here. Fink’s Jewelers at Southpoint was able to repair. They were friendly, prompt and reasonable. I will definitely return there for other needs.

Had a watch that I had fixed by Fink's. I am very hapy with the work. The watch was my brothers that was passed down to me when he passed away.. The watch means the world to me.
