If I could give no stars I would. Recent purchase of sweater very low quality. One wear and it’s already pulling threads. Not even washed yet. Terrible return policy and customer service at the Southpoint Location. Will not purchase from them again.

I had a really wonderful experience at this store a few weeks ago! Needed to buy my first suit for an interview, had no idea where to start or what to look for. Tried on a jacket and pants that did not fit, but the salesperson on duty chatted with me about what I was looking for, then brought me several other possibilities to try on, all of which complimented my body type really well and made me feel great. She was warm and so helpful throughout, without being condescending or making me feel awkward. She even steamed the jacket I selected for free and had it ready to go when I came back after finishing up my other shopping.

10/10 great clothes, wonderful customer service.

Went to The store today. There were all very young girls that was not helpful at all. They did not ask if I need any help and one of them dared to ask me to bring my clothes that I tried out of the fitting room😂
Another one was at the register and was very rude with no customer service skills.... when I ask her to look up for my rewards in the credit card she said I need to log in myself and look it up. She did not thank me for being a customer and for the purchase. This store needs to get rid of all young stupid girls and hire mature women.......

I had the most amazing shopping experience at Anne Taylor in Southpoint! I found everything I needed, and Josh'a, one of the customer representatives, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my visit such a positive and memorable experience! You have a customer for life!
