Just wrapped up my second reservation with this company. I emailed to confirm availability and received a response quickly. They came early to set up on the day of. Smooth communication and service. Prices are also cheaper than their competitors. I would choose them again.

Our neighborhood has now used Bull City Inflatables for 2 events this summer. Both times, they were on time, friendly and the inflatables were so fun for the kids. 1 event we had a minor issue and Kishia worked quickly to rectify. The gentlemen who dropped off and picked up were very kind and helpful.

I highly recommend Bull City Inflatables.

To be clear, the equipment is great and the setup went smoothly; the kids had a blast. But the inflatable slide was delivered over an hour late with absolutely no explanation, and no response to my multiple phone calls and panicked texts. Nobody ever picked up the phone at all.

I am sad to write this because I think Bull City Inflatables provides a great service and the booking process was smooth. But after an hour of thinking I would have to completely cancel my child’s birthday party, I won’t be renting from them again.

Second time using Bull City Inflatables, and will continue to do so. They've always been on time and very quick to set everything up. Definitely check them out if you're looking for an affordable inflatable for your next party!

We’ve now used Bull City Inflatables three times for our kids birthdays. Each time they have had great communication, reasonable pricing and friendly employees. At our recent birthday party, Kishia recommended a larger bounce house than we had reserved based on the ages of kids attending, and she was right! Kids loved the larger space to play in. I recommend them now and to anyone who asks about a bounce house for an event. We plan to use them again for our next party.
