Waited for an extremely long time in the drive-thru and couldn't leave due to being blocked in by a curb. Wa is then given a completely wrong order. There were only 3 cars there for over 30 minutes and inside seemed quiet. Not sure what the issue was.

There was a 15 min wait then they literally gave me a small portion of stale fries and a burnt toast… literally the only Zaxbys that’s buns… I live in Smithfield Nc and work here in Durham Nc. I’ve literally been to all the Zaxbys in the area and this one tops the worst ngl.

I’m so frustrated with this company and this store. I’m tired of ordering meals with a side of fries and you give us 10 fries on the side then charge an arm and leg for your food. I’m tired of not getting what I pay for. Whoever is putting fries in the boxes, is carelessly shorting the portion size. I often have to order two fries because I know you will short us on fries. This plate was terrible, not fully sauced, cold, and not nearly enough fries to be considered a meal. This was more like a snack. You never give the appropriate amount of fries ever. I’m over yall. I need a brand new plate!!

Cece at Zaxby’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a warm smile and positive energy. She answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, gave great recommendations, and her suggestive selling honestly made my experience even better.
My order was completely correct and came out super fast. I tried the Birthday Cake milkshake, and between the flavor and the way Cece treated me, it honestly felt like it was my birthday! Her customer service skills are outstanding, and she has an incredible personality that really stands out.
Employees like Cece are the reason people come back. Amazing cashier, amazing service, and I will definitely be returning because of her! -
Lunch on a Thursday, ordered a 3peice and the person at the register called my name when ready after 15 minutes, but I didn't hear her because the music is loud in here and she didn't yell loudly or use the PA to announce orders ready. The cashier clearly has dementia or some health problems that she cant organize orders and do her job properly. Another customer came to my table and asked me if I was waiting for food, not the employee. So my food was cold, Toast hard and cold. Every visit here the service is terrible and orders take forever to come out of the kitchen. Employees can barely speak and are SLOW. It's not hard to simply deep fry and remove when the timer says. Either these employees are really lazy, OR they aren't paid enough to be motivated which is my theory. Whatever the case I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Tables are sticky, soda machine is dirty and it's clear management doesn't care at all.
