Sam is the best. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, rooms are kept up up to date. If there is an issue, the staff is always helpful. The location is excellent and there great places to eat late nearby. The price is honestly a steal for a hotel of this quality.

I've stayed in this hotel in the past. Today I had a reservation for 2 nights, so I called ahead to ask about early check-in (the time was 1:10pm.)
Person that answered the phone said no, earliest you can check in is 2pm. I'm a Choice Titanium loyalty member, so I mentioned that. Still 2pm. I hang up, canceled the reservation and made one at a nearby hotel. They were happy to allow me to check in at 1:40 pm. Loyalty programs are great if the people running the properties actually appreciate your loyalty. FU Sleep Inn.

do not walk run away from this establishment I beg of you. I booked a Fortnite stay here because I was attending a dancing event that was across the street. Although this place may be conveniently located what was very inconvenient was the fact that there were bedbugs crawling on the MATTRESS and they tried to relocate us to a different room that had a broken bed frame and dirty sheets a friend of mine who was also staying in the room was relocated three times and all three rooms had bedbugs we were told that we would get a full refund the very next day, but instead the manager decided to argue with she and I because they didn’t see the bedbugs instead of trying to rectify their wrong and make it so this problem is dealt with adequately. They still wanted to charge for one night that we did not stay there. This place is clearly unhygienic. They do not care about their customers well-being, and I have already reported this establishment to the local environmental health department.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Didn’t even stay the full 3 nights because the original room was horrible with a cracked shower, a disconnected smoke alarm, and a leaking AC the flowed in tot the middle of the room. Not to mention their elevator barely works and will just stop with no one pushing any buttons, hold for about 10 seconds (door won’t even open), and then continue to go. I politely asked for a refund of the two nights left of the reservation and they gave me a huge runaround with me to contact the website I booked the hotel through. The website reached out to them multiple times with no reply and when I call to ask why, I’m given the same runaround.

The room was clean, bed was great. Shower pressure was super strong. I also found the front desk staff to be helpful and kind during check in, and late at night when i needed something. Maids were also polite. It was a great stay for the price.
