Made a reservation to this hotel. Was very excited to stay here because of the good location. My card was approved for 77.87 and they told me it didn’t go through after the fact it showed approved on the screen. I then called my bank and they told me the transaction was approved. Put the teller on speaker to let the front desk know it was approved they were completely rude about it. Refused to accommodate me or help the situation. Wouldn’t give me a room after they took the said amount, and wouldn’t refund me. Had to go and call my bank for a claim to get it refunded. Now they just called asking if I wanted to come back for my reservation be would need to pay again and I told them no because they already charged me , completely rude and hung up on me. I believe her name was Jasmine. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Jasmine definitely needs a attitude check. 🤷♀️

They advertised a smoke free hotel. Had to call the front desk twice because someone above or below us were smoking. I have asthma. I was told people always do that they just pay the $150 fee...really... what about just reinforcing the no smoking policy!

Website said they were full, not by a long shot. They were happy to work with me on check in and due to the door next to me having the TV on full volume gracefully switched me to another room. It feels like a new acquisition to the brand, but overall very well. Ask for conditioner upon check in as they don't put it in the rooms as a standard. Sandalwood soap, shampoo, and conditioner is luxurious!

We got to our hotel(Sleep Inn Raleigh Durham Airport) very early and they allowed us to check in early for a very small surcharge. The staff was extremely nice and even got us an Uber early in the morning to the airport(only about 6 minutes away) and paid for everything for us. We have an extremely clean room and comfy bed along with free delivery from a local food place. All around it was an excellent stay.

This place deserves 0 stars. My husband is currently working on a job in town and he and his coworkers are unfortunately staying at this "establishment." When they checked in like any other hotel they were asked to provide a description of the vehicle they were driving which they did. Last night around 11pm a truck was apparently blocking 5 parking spots and was going to be towed. Instead of looking through the registered guests paperwork to find out what room the owner is in the night attendant called rooms saying vehicles were being towed away causing everyone to rush thinking it was their vehicle. It the middle of all of this commotion the ac in the room also stopped working. The night attendant was very rude and disrespectful and shouldn't be working with the public. Today they've arrived back from a long day at work to find their keys disabled and Lal and Melissa working the front desk would rather talk on the phone and roll their eyes than assist someone. Find better employees. Do yourself a favor and find a bridge to stay under before you stay here.

Always stay here when I'm in the Raleigh Durham area. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. They have s very nice free breakfast, too.
