Room was very nice and clean. No pool unfortunately, but thats okay. The TV in the room was very large, perfect for watching the Knicks game. Staff was friendly, Harry was very nice. Breakfast had variety, but was small. Overall, I would stay here again!

I had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are very quiet.It's very clean and comfortable. I felt very safe there. The only thing I can complain about is the shower curtain does not stay in the shower and you get a soaked floor. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair silky, smooth and clean.

The room was absolutely not worth the rate charged and was in unacceptable condition. The doors had clearly been sprayed with cleaner and not wiped down, leaving visible streaks and dried residue. Multiple light fixtures were rusted, and the furniture was falling apart, with broken pieces already missing.

The bed sheets had orange and red stains on them, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. When I went to the front desk to request additional towels, I was told they were out but that someone would bring them to my room. That never happened. The next morning, when I called again, I was told no one would bring them and that I needed to come get them myself. This is poor service and a clear lack of follow-through.

To make matters worse, there were several used needles in the parking lot near the hotel, which is a serious safety hazard and should never be present on the property.

Overall, this stay was unacceptable. The condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and safety concerns do not justify the price charged. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to others.

Courtney is absolutely amazing while being here on a work trip for the past two weeks I was very weary of my surroundings and the environment because I did not know where I was, but Courtney always made sure to tell me of good restaurants around me. Let me know the good places to go, made sure to always make sure that my needs were fulfilled for the groom always always had the brightest most beautiful smile on her face. She was hands-down, the best front desk customer service representative that I have ever encountered during my years of traveling for my management position. This girl deserves not only a raise, but deserves her flowers as well. She is one in 1 million and y’all definitely have one of the best customer service representatives on your team.

As far as the middle-age white guy with glasses that works in the morning time, he has a nasty attitude, very dry sense of humor and is very nasty to people with his mouth. He does not have any type of customer service and definitely does not have the attitude to be working in customer service. He needs to learn how to talk to people and how to approach people I went to him one time for something in every other time that I needed something if I saw him, then I just took it under the chin. It would wait for the next employee to come in because of how nasty his attitude is.

Mr. Kenny he is an awesome nighttime customer service representative. He always make sure that you were taken care of and need anything? He’s definitely gonna make sure he gets it for you.

Overall, this hotel is very nice quiet clean and I enjoyed my stay here while on my work trip if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is quiet close to everything and has amazing customer service then this is your go to hotel ask for Courtney. she is hands-down, the best of the bestest

This is an excellent value as long as you have realistic expectations. It’s listed as a 3-star hotel, but I’d put it as a 2-star in its current condition. It’s located very conveniently to various parts of Raleigh and is in a safe area.

They’re under construction as part of a transition, so while the majority of the hotel shows plenty of wear and tear, depending on your room, you may have say, an updated shower like we did.

Housekeeping does an excellent job with daily cleanings and the room, while old, was spotless. I can’t say the same about the common areas though, as the stairwell smelled faintly of urine and had some garbage strewn about. The mats in the elevators have definitely seen better days and trash cans were used to prop the doors to the laundry room open. The fitness center is a head scratcher. Some of the equipment looks straight out of the 80s and the temperature in the room was at least 90F, with no option for the guest to adjust the temperature. I’m not sure how anyone can work out in there, but I had to made do. It didn’t look like anyone ever goes in there as we were there for 3 nights and the same dirty towel and empty wipes container were there the entire stay.

The breakfast is good for a Wingate, with scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, bananas, oranges, a pancake machine, yogurt, and breads.
