I recently stayed at Stay America and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Tiffany at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcome. She was incredibly attentive, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and even went out of her way to ensure my room was exactly what I needed. It’s rare to encounter someone who truly loves what they do, but Tiffany’s enthusiasm and care made all the difference. She is a true asset to this hotel and the reason I’ll be coming back. Dennis checked me in. He was very kind and informative. There is an odd smell in the hallway but the room doesn't smell bad. The property is a bit dated but the room is clean. Only here for the night and I'm happy with my choice. Good customer service and friendly conversation goes a long way.

Correction to my previous entry. This hotel was extremely nasty. The bathtub was not cleaned. The refrigerator had rust on it. The hallways smell like weed aroma. The carpet smelled awful. We told the manager Dennis. And he seemed not to care.

Very nice and quiet. Clean rooms and the grounds was clean. The only problem I see is the rooms key didn't work. We had to sleep in the car one night know one told us about the black phone when we checked in. Friendly staff.

Tiffany at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps, such a wonderful first impression and experience!
