I had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay hotel at 4919 Miami Blvd. I especially want to recognize Dora for her outstanding customer service. I had a small issue during my stay, and Dora addressed it promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. She took the time to listen to my concerns, made sure my needs were met, and followed through to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way Dora did. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a big difference in my stay. Thank you Dora, for your excellent service and for making me feel valued as a guest. You are a true asset to the hotel!"

The state of this hotel is absolutely deplorable. Unexplainable stains on the walls, the smell of cigarettes, and mold are what greets you when you enter your hotel room. Rooms are damaged and unkept. Bathrooms were so nasty looking I had to buy rubber sandals to take a shower. The furniture is a joke, my first room had a lounge chair & sofa; however I had asked to move rooms and the next one was missing the lounge chair!
And the bugs, roaches in the kitchens & bathrooms. Utter disgrace. So disgusting that I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in the bed.
After reading several other reviews, it explains a lot when I read the rooms are cleaned every other week. This hotel is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it will be my last time ever stepping foot in an Extended Stay America chain hotel.
This is the hotel you stay at if you do not value anything about yourself and enjoy punishment & bug bites. -
The staff is so friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Ms tiffany was so sweet and my son absolutely adores her! The Rooms Are nice for the Low price bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointing stay. My friend and I discovered approximately 8–10 roaches throughout the room, including the shower, bed area, desk drawer, closet, and kitchen. We also saw several small roaches moving across the kitchen floor. I took photos and included them with this review.
After discovering the roaches late at night, my friend stayed awake to make sure none got on us if we dozing off. We was uncomfortable staying in the room and went to our vehicle. Unfortunately, there was no front desk staff available who could properly address the situation overnight, so I had to wait until morning to report it my friend left,
I reported the problem around 6:00 a.m. and was told to return when the next staff member was available. I returned around 8:00 a.m., reported it again, and checked out well before the normal 11:00 a.m. checkout.
The staff situation aside, 8–10 roaches in different areas of a hotel room is unacceptable. I would recommend management address the pest-control and room-inspection issues. The photos show what we encountered. -
The hotel is clean and well kept. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Special mention to the manager, Ryan and LaDora. Each have provided personal attention and help with reservations and room details. The laundry is sometimes an issue with not working but once reported, the situation is attended to. The housekeeping staff has also been helpful. I highly recommend for long-term stays.
