Keep coming back bc I love their hot honey mustard wing sauce, but this company still remains to be 100% disappointing every time. Been to several around the triangle. This one, I got thru the drive thru in record time-- Under 10mins. Last few locations it took me 30-45mins with no one else in line. But the chicken fingers here tasted really BAD and the size was comparable to the size of their wing flats. Can you please bottle your hot honey mustard sauce, I will be your No. 1 customer. And just put thay sauce on other people's food.

The employees here are so friendly. Always take the time to help me figure out my order. Love how clean the restaurant is and how fresh the food always comes out. Has become my go to place to eat. The new tile floors and legacy machine in the dining room are great!

Ok, Zaxbys, did their thing today!!!
A few days ago, I went, and the food wasn't what I was used to, so I kindly shared it with them. I promise I was kind 😇. Today, I showed up and ordered the meal I get every time.. 5 traditional wings meal, wimpy sauce on the side, extra seasoning on the fries and down south sweetness of tea! AND FRIENDS...it was everything I needed it to be. Even the toast was on point!

New management has cleaned up the place and run off the vagrants. The food was good and well-prepared. No hassles. Thank you for the improvements!

One of my favorite places to eat. I typically get a takeout. I did the same this time I got an order of the chicken wings of course meal. With celery toast and fries. Finally arrived home in Hillsborough coming from Kinston and I was very hungry since our breakfast at Kinston. The mail was a delight as usual I really enjoy that particular meal. Chris drove the truck and he made a trip over to Krispy Kremes well I made a trip over to Zaxby's. I didn't realize the Zaxby's was that close until I looked up and was very happy to know that I had an entree before the donuts.
