Keep coming back bc I love their hot honey mustard wing sauce, but this company still remains to be 100% disappointing every time. Been to several around the triangle. This one, I got thru the drive thru in record time-- Under 10mins. Last few locations it took me 30-45mins with no one else in line. But the chicken fingers here tasted really BAD and the size was comparable to the size of their wing flats. Can you please bottle your hot honey mustard sauce, I will be your No. 1 customer. And just put thay sauce on other people's food. -
Ok, Zaxbys, did their thing today!!!
A few days ago, I went, and the food wasn't what I was used to, so I kindly shared it with them. I promise I was kind 😇. Today, I showed up and ordered the meal I get every time.. 5 traditional wings meal, wimpy sauce on the side, extra seasoning on the fries and down south sweetness of tea! AND FRIENDS...it was everything I needed it to be. Even the toast was on point!

New management has cleaned up the place and run off the vagrants. The food was good and well-prepared. No hassles. Thank you for the improvements!

Today’s visit to Zaxby’s was disappointing. My fries were cold and tasted old, which was frustrating.
I also asked about the 10% church bulletin discount. Many churches are moving away from printed bulletins and using digital ones now, so I didn’t have a physical bulletin to show. I was still wearing my volunteer shirt and children’s church name tag from serving today, but that wasn’t accepted for the discount.
It makes me wonder what the goal of this promotion is. Is it to support churchgoers and bring in customers, or what?? It might be time to update the policy to reflect how many churches operate today.
Unfortunately, between the cold fries and the discount experience, this visit left a bad impression. I won’t be returning to Zaxby’s for a while. -
I had a very unfortunate experience at Zaxby’s today. I ordered through the drive-thru after seeing an announcement that mentioned a Sunday discount. When I got to the window, I politely explained that I am a church leader and even showed both my church identification and my chaplain badge. Despite my efforts, the manager on duty refused to honor the promotion and was very rude in the way she handled the situation.
I calmly tried to explain that many churches in 2026 no longer distribute printed bulletins because they encourage members to attend services in person or participate through online streaming. This change has helped many churches reduce unnecessary costs and administrative burdens.
Unfortunately, instead of listening or responding with professionalism, the manager dismissed my explanation and continued to refuse the discount. While I understand that businesses have policies, there is still a way to treat customers with courtesy and respect.
This was a very disappointing and unfortunate experience. I hope Zaxby’s will better educate its staff on handling these situations with professionalism, clear communication, and kindness so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve.
