This was my first time renting a studio space for a family photo session and it was a great experience! The studio itself is decorated top to bottom with vintage Kodak paraphenalia, which was super fun. It was easy to open and access the backdrops that I needed. Justin was super responsive via email throughout too. I'm looking forward to coming back in the spring for my studio mini sessions.

beyond positive experience here !! owner really went out of his way to make this a uniquely special interaction, including extra gifts for the present i got my friend :) great prices, wide range of film that i haven't been able to find elsewhere, lots of nice camera bodies, and good chats! just visiting durham, but i will 100% be coming back once im in the area again.

Averie was so kind and patient with me for my headshots. I always feel awkward having my photo taken, but Averie calm energy made the process a breeze. They took some of the nicest photos I’ve ever seen of myself! I’m so excited to use them for my new job and will absolutely be coming back for other photos in the future.

Super friendly and responsive team! We've used them for taking and printing official photos (eg passport) numerous times with different spec requirements, including for our infant, and they are super detail-oriented and patient. Great to support local!
