I had such a great experience here at The Retreat! My masseuse was Liv and she was so incredibly kind. She took the time to really ask intensional questions about the three knots I have in my shoulder area. No one has been able to actually reach each spot and provide relief and she got each one!! Plus I have relief! I am so grateful for the care and attention given! The facility was also clean and nice! I was relaxed and very happy! 😊

I booked an appointment at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday, and when I arrived they said that the person I was booked with was not even working that day. They did not apologize once nor did they offer me a discount when I rescheduled until I asked for one. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect them to be acknowledged. I won’t be coming back!

Yesterday I had a massage yesterday with LB and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the customer service was top-tier and so welcoming. LB’s massage work was incredible he is professional, skilled, and truly relaxing. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do. A true gem! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I had scheduled a massage with this company and was excited to go. I woke up day-of with a bad cold and called to ask if I could be rescheduled so as not to get the massage therapist sick. They said they would charge the full cost of the day-of massage and then reschedule and that now that I had told them I was sick, that was the only option (to be fully charged for a massage I couldn’t attend due to an unforeseen illness).

I find this a bit unethical and terrible customer service. I won’t be booking with this company t again.

I love to call out specific staff members when I get truly spectacular treatment, but here I would just be listing their employment roster. As an overwhelmed bride, I sent them an email pleading for even advice on how to treat my bridesmaids for all the things they do for me. The absolute angels not only managed to get FIVE (5!) of us in for a massage and a facial, they made the experience so, so special. I cannot recommend a pre-wedding spa day enough, and I CANNOT recommend The Retreat enough. Just go here. Seriously.
