Yonderlust was a wonderful experience! The space was exceptionally clean, and everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and kind. The food was delicious. I had a perfectly made cortado and an avocado lemon toast on excellent gluten-free bread. The girls enjoyed their coffees, hot chocolate, and muffins as well. We all left happy and look forward to coming back!

I discovered Yonderlust last winter while walking through the Brightleaf District in Durham, and have been a regular ever since. It's a unique mix of an outfitter retail space and café, and both are terrific. On the café side, the coffee and juices are excellent, and the food offerings are great. Every single member of the staff is exceptional, but I have to give a special shout out to Julia, who's a consummate barista. She asked my name once, and since has always remembered me (and my coffee preferences). She's a pro. Kudos to Kit for leading such a fantastic crew and bringing Yonderlust to Durham.

One of the nicest spaces in Durham to work or hang with friends. The coffee and snacks are on point, with great gluten free options, and Julia, Beck, Kate, and the others are lovely and talented - this photo is Julia's latte. The gear shop has a curated selection of high quality stuff.

High quality coffee and house-made syrups make this place stand out. I get the breakfast burrito which takes some time but is one of the best in Durham. The baristas are all super friendly and helpful- Maggie always makes great drink recs!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Durham. The food is delicious, the coffee is the best in the area, and the people that work here are all kind and welcoming. It’s always a great experience, and a special shout-out to Julia, who made my mocha today (and who always makes great drinks)!
