I mostly love this Wendy’s. Today Ms. Tasha took care of me after my food was missing in my order last week. I had to go inside to talk to her as the manager and I witnessed just how hard she personally was working to make things run more smoothly. She was personally making all the burgers on the assembly line and directing everyone else at the same time! She was incredible!
This location does have only one frosty option because their machine is broken. So that’s always disappointing. But they always make up for it with their willingness to accommodate and take care of their customers. Even when they’re always short staffed!
Thank you Ms. Tasha and the sweet older lady at the front counter today whose name I didn’t get. I appreciate you! -
I visited the drive-thru and was asked to pull into a curbside spot, despite the restaurant and drive-thru being nearly empty. After waiting four minutes, I went inside only to find they told me they hadn’t even started grilling the burgers. I’m very confused by the delay since the staff clearly wasn't busy.

I haven’t been to Wendy’s in a minute bc of a couple of bad food experiences. But last night it felt like a spicy nugget dinner. They were closing down for the night by the time I got there. But I already placed an online order. I was told the frosty machine was being cleaned at the moment so I won’t be able to get mine and my spicy nuggets are gonna take a minute. A staff member their name Isaac/ Isaiah (sorry I forgot!) was very helpful and accommodating with getting me fresh food for my wait and trading my frosty out with a large fry and an extra 10 piece nugget for my troubles. The food was delicious!!

Terrible! Ordered a number 7, specifically asked for a single. Pay for my order, the guy at the window ask me to move up to the door even tho no one was behind me. Get my number 7 and guess what? It has 2 patties and not the single I asked for. Sandwich was made extremely sloppy condiments literally leaking out of the wrapper. Fries were cold. Run, don't walk away from this place terrible service terrible food

Today, i came to this location to redeem a gift card a friend gifted me. The associate that came to the POS for service was a large male who seemed annoyed i was even there. I've never used a gift card for Wendy's before but moved the same way i would using a gift card ANYWHERE. I kept get prompts about it not being authorized and wound up trying to figure it out myself which was fine but when i realized my gift card was on my wendys app, i attempted to pay for my order using the mobile pay code and he got unnecessarily annoyed. I wound up just leaving altogether telling them to forget the order because if you are annoyed about customer service, why are you working in customer service. Hard pass. Dont even bother when there are kinder and better restaurants behind this spot
