This place is great for team building. The staff is great with teaching the basics of curling to make sure you have fun.

I've never done any ice related activities before so I was anxious. I was able to participate with my bad back. Instead of bending down, I used a curling stick. That was great! Also they have grippy things for your shoes so you aren't slipping around, as that was my fear. It stayed cold but during the 2 hours of learning, you'll warm up a bit. These folks are so passionate and patient about the sport. Had a great time . Bring a toboggan, dress in layers, and warm gloves and you'll be good.
