Prime STQ

Prime STQ (an abbreviation for “steak BBQ”) is a riff on pitmaster and owner, Chris Prieto’s, Prime Barbecue located in Knightdale, NC. According to Prieto, patrons experience an “Outback Steakhouse meets Ruth Chris” vibe. Here, however, the lines of steakhouse and barbecue joint are blurred. Guests can count on a hyper-focused version of the Knightdale menu, like brisket, turkey, and house made sausage, but at RTP, they select their sides first then make their way over to the meat-cutting area, where they’ll find piles of meat from a block ready to serve. STQ’s signature steak will be cooked over a live wood-fired grill. This spot is bringing something entirely new to RTP.
