Drift Coffee's newest location at Hub RTP is a prime spot to grab a coffee and get some work done or kick back with a good book or friends. What began as a single store in Ocean Isle has now expanded to stores all across the state. Here, you will find excellent coffee brewed with Black and White coffee beans as well as nutritious breakfast and lunch items. Order a classic black coffee to accompany your avocado toast or spice it up a bit with a latte and their Bodega Breakfast Sandwich.

Drift was the perfect environment for our book club. The space was bright and welcoming. With a variety of coffee and drink options everyone was pleased. We ordered several lattes, a mango smoothie, chai and a hot cocoa. The barista was very sweet and helpful and when my order wasn’t quite right she apologized and fixed it! Meeting us at the pick up counter, the cutest latte art topped things off beautifully! Thanks Drift!

I’m visiting from VA and was just so impressed with everything I ordered I had to leave a review. The avocado toast (+ goat cheese) was phenomenal - the bread and whatever they put on/in it tasted straight from heaven. The salted coconut oat coldie was incredible and same for the chia cup. Everything was fresh, flavorful, with just enough sweetness for a perfect balance that still felt healthy. So well done - every bit. I also ordered this on doordash and it was just as good and beautiful as I’d expect it to be in house. 10/10. Everything here is really good. Love the vibes and aesthetic! Plenty of seating and it's always very clean! The staff is friendly too!
The food is a little pricy for wh as t you get. The yogurt bowl is $8.50 and not very big. At other shops it is ~$5. But the food is delicious!
Great place to work-from-home, have a work meeting, or chat with a friend. -
A quiet and not-too-busy cafe with all day breakfast options and a lunch menu. There's plenty of seating inside, and if you enjoy patio or outdoor options there are some tables, green space, or outdoor seats behind the building. If you like to walk to coffee with your pup, there's even a path back there with a dog library!
An off morning for me, the Oat Coldie was a pleasant item and the Avocado Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich was freshly made, tasty, and not too spicy.

Stopped by Drift Coffee on my way to work and really liked it. It’s a newly opened spot with plenty of seating and easy parking thanks to a nearby public garage. The vibe is relaxed and perfect for a quick coffee break or getting some work done. The coffee was great—exactly what I needed to start my morning. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the neighborhood!
