I love my church, my Bishop and Pastor Karla. Atmosphere is great. Definitely family here.

First time visitor at the River Church and all I can say is, what a ‘powerful’ service. I loved the flow/move of God at the 11am service. It was uplifting and refreshing and I was so blessed to have been there. My only issue/concern is how very loud the music was. Love the music ministry, but for those who deal with tinnitus (like my mom), or those who struggle with other hearing issues, or have sensitive hearing like babies and children, the loudness of the noise, although joyful, was challenging to get through. Earplugs are definitely needed when you visit here. Last, although many would not have necessarily known who the visitors were today, with the exception of the brother at the door, the experience was missing warm and friendly greetings that would have welcomed unfamiliar faces to this Church. Showing and feeling love (not just to the people you know) is something that is desperately needed and necessary.
