Everyone here is so nice and friendly. My mom and I just ate lunch here and absolutely loved it. I even got a medium pineapple upsidedown pizza to go because it was my favorite

The customer service here is excellent—the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive with drink refills, and works hard to clear plates from the tables. However, the kitchen struggled to keep the actual buffet line stocked during our visit. There were long stretches where several pizza trays were completely empty, meaning you had to wait around for a hot pie to come out. When the food did arrive, it tasted good (especially the dessert pizza), but the slow rotation made it hard to get a full meal without a lot of waiting. Great people, but the buffet pace definitely needs a little speeding up.

Recently remodeled! Looks really good. Minimalist approach...less is more.
Pizza 🍕 on the bar was hot and freshly made.
Salad 🥗 bar was stocked.
Wait staff were very friendly and most helpful!!
Overall an excellent experience!!

I was surprised to find a Pizza Inn in Durham, NC. But let me tell you, it's definitely great to have. We wanted pizza but couldn't agree on where to go. When this option popped up, we said yes and it was a great decision. The buffet is an excellent option. They keep the pizzas hot and the salad bar filled. The best part is they will take a request, which really hit the spot! It's a clean place to eat and definitely worth visiting! I cannot say enough good about the experience. We'll be back...soon!

We went on a Tuesday, so it wasn't very busy. The salad bar did have wilted lettuce, but lots of toppings. The chicken bacon pizza was the best in my opinion, but they had a fair amount of pizza options and asked us if we had any requests when we came in. The staff isn't going to pretend they're having the time of their lives while they're working, but they are respectful and offer good service. All things considered, you should give this place a chance simply because of the price- you can't get a meal this cheap and filling anywhere else.
