Tymesha (MeMe) and Robert went above and beyond. They were polite and very helpful and full of humor that made the whole experience a joy. The food was amazing as usual. The drinks were on point. I'm just thrilled that we still have a hardees so close to home. We always look forward to returning for breakfasts and dinners. The frisco burger and fries were on point, and I'm so glad they have a regular drink machine with my favorite soda instead of that horrible coke machine with every flavor that just makes everything taste like everything that mkst places have switched to...bleah

Having grown-up in Rocky Mount, the home of the original Hardees, it’s always been one of my favorite fast food places. Unfortunately, as the years go b , but there aren’t as many left around. They’ve always been one of my favorite places to go to for breakfast, but I normally just go to Bojangles or McDonald’s since they’re everywhere. But, this morning I had a craving for Hardee’s ham biscuit so I got up a little early and drove across town. First off, the food was delicious and the lady in the drive-through was super nice. I felt compelled to write this review because I went through the drive-through and ordered a combo and they gave me a small drink. When I said something, the lady said they had raised prices and now a combo comes with a small drink. No other fast food place… Not McDonald’s, not Bojangles, not Popeyes, not Burger King, not Taco Bell, not Cookout, nobody give you a small drink with a combo. Except, now, of course, Hardee’s. Five stars for the food, one star for being so cheap. Judging from the lack of cars in the parking lot, they should be trying to win customers over, not chasing them off. It’ll probably be six months to a year before I come back. If then.

Can I say AWESOME?! Mimi gives great customer service. She always over and beyond with her service. She's knowledgeable, courteous and overall fantastic. We need more employees like her EVERYWHERE. Great job Mimi and staff!

Let me be clear. I am NOT a fan of Hardee’s food. So now you must be wondering, why on earth do I go here?! I’ll tell you: because sometimes the experience trumps the quality! Meme and her employees are a breath of fresh air, greeting me by name after they saw it on the Hardee’s order ahead receipt 🤪. Each and every time I’ve come here there are smiles and laughter to be had, and I appreciate that more than words can describe. Thank you to all the staff at this restaurant 🙏 Do not let the stresses of life snuff out the light 💡
