I've been coming here for years now and they have always been top of their game. The building is always clean and inviting, the front desk is always so warm and kind, and the massages are incredible.

Had a fantastic experience at The Retreat during my facial with McKenzie and an even better one with the owner, Kristen, when she called me to rectify a minor issue with my service. Their whole team is incredibly skilled and exhibits professionalism, definitely will be returning for future treatments!

Went for my first massage. Therapist talked the entire time, even though I said my goal was to relax in a quiet setting. After the massage and checking out, I was asked to book another appointment and I provided feedback to the woman at the front - who was quite understanding and supportive.
This is a place that values their customers and truly cares about the experience they have. Being that they have been in business for over a decade, the other reviews, and a manager directly reaching out to me about my experience, I will gladly give it another shot.

I love The Retreat at Brightleaf! I’ve been going for massages and facials consistently now for over 2 years. It’s actually the longest I’ve ever been a patron of a single spa and that is because both August and Cynthia are absolutely amazing! I always receive excellent service and care! Thank you! I highly recommend The Retreat!

This is an excellent place for facials and massages! McKenzie is a fantastic esthetician. I’ve tried almost every massage therapist for different types of massages (sports, prenatal, etc) and haven’t been disappointed once. Highly recommend booking at The Retreat!
