We had a nice lunch today… Asian salad with fat free ranch dressing and a cheeseburger with steak fries (although the tomato on the cheeseburger was not cored). The cashier was very friendly… and the bus person who had picked up our items when we were done is a nice gesture.

I got the BBQ chicken pizza, sweet potato fries and the key lime pie milkshake. The pizza and shake were very good, the sweet potato fries were over cooked. There was tons of seating so this is a great spot for big groups.

Food was delicious and all made fresh. I had pizza and you can tell it was made with quality ingredients. The crust was very good and the toppings were adequate, the cheese was very good. My wife got a Asian wrap. She said it was very good. Overall very pleased with the Loop.

Nice place, fantastic food. Great place for families. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. It's something on the menu for everyone. Lots of choices. I felt like I got my money worth. I will be back.

The food is fantastic, the staff are wonderful. But I cannot give this place a five-star rating for one specific reason:
On the evening of August 5, I entered the restaurant for a to-go order, and while I was waiting I noticed that one of the television screens was showing FOX NEWS.
In the city of Durham, with such a very large LGBT population, this choice undermines safety. I do not generally believe in oppressing the freedom of speech, but at some point the community needs to draw a line in the interest of creating and maintaining safe spaces.
The presence of FOX NEWS goes against the inclusive environment that Durham has developed over the years.
I will visit this restaurant one more time. If that station is playing next time, I will never give them another dollar.
And I will tell all of my friends why.
