The place seems like they need one of those sterilization cleaning crews to come in and give the place a strip down cleaning. It has none slip grip floors and they look like they are given a go over every night with a mop but if there wasn't grit in the painted floors it feels like you would be sliding around do to the grease on the floors that just had built up over time and didn't come up with a mop either that or they just don't change the no heads out enough and being a steak house which is going to have alot of grease I wouldn't say that it's from complete neglect as it is not nasty just a film of grease that covers the floors either do to not having a set cleaning regiment to get it all up on top of regular cleaning or not chaining it no heads more then most places because of the level of grease that comes with a restaurant like a steak house. Which could be a cheaper solution as long as it keeps up a regular closing schedule just swapping out the things that are responsible for getting that kind of stuff up and using cleaners on it that are for stripping grease could be all it needs. It will still take one big cleaning from top to bottom before that would work though.
The biggest issue I had was with my steak at a steak house . The appetizers were good the rolls were not hot and fresh. With that said I order a medium steak that should've come out with a light pink center, but instead it came out bleeding dark red that when I stuck my knife in I swear I heard it MOO. I sent it back, which usually sucks because if it doesn't come out right the first time usually it will not come out with same quality it would've the first time. That's exactly what happen it came back over done partially charcoal, tough, with the moisture gone, and it being a steak house that cost more money to enjoy a steak because that's supposed to be the center piece of the business it was disappointing to spend 70 dollars for 2 people and get a bad steak at a steak house. 1 of my sides was chili and the other a loaded sweet potato. The chili was not good. It tasted like it was cheap, old, or like it was canned, like gas station chili they would have to put on hotdogs. It did not taste like it was made there or fresh from a house of meat like it should've. The sweet potato was great along with the appetizer. They by far were the best thing in my meal as far as the 2 things that should've been the best the steak and chili they were huge disappointments. The person I ate with got the ribs and said they were great . Had a friendly waitress and staff. So other then needing a deep sterilization cleaning and in sure if it's in the front it needs it in the back to . The FLOORS, tables, seats, silverware, glasses all of the above need a cleaning and possibly training on how to keep things clean.

We've eaten at a lot of Texas Roadhouse restaurants. This one tops them all. The actual manager came to our table twice to talk to us and his servers were top-notch. And we shared with him the positive points that we experienced compared to other restaurants. He thanked us as he stated that his goal is to encourage his servers to be as though they were aspiring to be managers and to reflect the positive appreciation of working for Texas Roadhouse to the customers which would intern cause them to continue to come back. We've never had such personal service and the food was impeccable especially being able to pick out your own steak. It was perfect. None of us and there was eight of us in our group had any complaints at all where our food was concerned. this will be our Texas Roadhouse from now on in the Raleigh Durham area because we had to drive a bit to get there and are glad that we did ... will continue to do so.

The food was overcooked. I ordered the mushroom chicken. The steak knife wouldn't cut all the way through the chicken. The vegetable medley that contained broccoli and carrots,the broccoli was rubbery in texture. It took allot of cutting and chewing. I was the only person with overcooked food. While ear hustling, the table across from me and behind me had the same problem with their steak being tough and overcooked. When asked the waiter what does she recommend, she went on to say that she ordered an item 3 times in the past and it came overcooked. The salad was delicious. The service was great. There were a few people ahead of me however I was seated within 5 minutes of my arrival. My server took great care of me

Great experience!
First time at this location, was greeted as soon as we walked in and walked to our table. Had the nicest waiter named Crystal who had great timing. Always had refills on drinks and bread. Made sure to check on us but wasn't overly pushy. 10/10 food was great as usual for Texas roadhouse, especially the steak fries and bread. Chicken was cooked perfectly with enough sauce.

Ty is a great server! This was my first time eating a Texas Roadhouse. The Honey Butter Rolls with the cinnamon butter spread are delicious! I prefer the food to be a bit more seasoned.
I had the salmon with steamed broccoli and baked potato. My baked potato was overcooked, unfortunately; however, the salmon was good and the steamed broccoli was okay a little bland though.
Overall, the experience was good. Ty the server was kind, funny, and had great customer service and hospitality!

We have a good dinner. The ribeye steak was great cook and taste to perfection. On the other hand, the rice was a bit overcooked.BBQ chicken was very good as well. We love the bread. I just wish they kept it consistent .

The food was absolutely delicious!!! This was my first time at the Texas Roadhouse in Durham. The food was served as ordered, hot and was seasoned to perfection. My husband loved his his steak and ribs. Not pictured was the buttery hot rolls w/ honey cinnamon spiced butter absolutely delicious! The server Nikia was very efficient, professional and friendly. He provided great service!

Been to Texas Roadhouse in Texas. It was a great experience. So went to this one with same expectations. I guess it is a good restaurant, because there were a lot of people there. So crowded and busy. We waited long time for our food and too salty, too oily, steak over-done too much. I don’t think i will go again.

I eat here often because I can get a delicious meal that is affordable. I always enjoy my food, but the service is typically mid. BUT we had the pleasure of having Krystal as our server. She was amazing! She knew what I needed before I asked. She checked on us often and was so pleasant. I spoke with the manager to let him know of our wonderful experience with Krystal, and he shared that Krystal has dedicated patrons that will only sit in her area. Well, add one more to the list! 10 stars for Krystal!

Sonny, the manager went above and beyond for our family. Let us set up for an 18th birthday party and came several times to our table to check on us. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding!!! Would highly recommend this location! Food was delicious and everything cooked to our request! Filet medallions were great and cooked as ordered, 9/10. The grilled shrimp was good as well, 8/10. Chicken crispers 8.5/10. The 1/2 slab of ribs was burned to a crisp on the bottom and barely edible. WELL WELL DONE. Not a good look 0/10! Bad night in the kitchen maybe.
The pickup process is terrible. No one was working the window when I arrived. I watched my food sit on the counter while waiting for assistance. However, everything was in the bag! Thank you. 3/10.

I received excellent service from Reed during curbside pickup today. Our order was a little delayed, but he was extremely personable, checked on the order, and kept me updated on progress. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation, held a friendly conversation, and delivered great customer service (especially for a HS student). Even though it was curbside, Reed delivered comparable service we see in the restaurant, if not better.
