The BEST Texas Roadhouse we've been to.
We love Texas Roadhouse and have been to at least a dozen different locations over multiple states.
This one is an absolute stand out!
Perfect medium rare Filet, great service from our server Kelsey, the whole crew was on top of everything from friendly greetings to pre-bussing our table of dishes we had finished.
Had to grab the manager Sonny and compliment him on what a tight ship he runs, you could really tell that the excellence comes from the top down and he treats his employees with respect.
If you're in the area and craving some great food and service this is the place to visit! -
Worse experience, i've ever had at a texas roadhouse. I didn't have long tonight because I had my daughter in the car. So I asked to order carry out specifically making sure that it would not be more than fifteen minutes. I almost left a couple times but kept being assured that our food would come. Near 40 mins when it finally did come, it was burnt. We got out to the car and took a bite after all, that waiting, we didn't want any of it. We just took it back and handed it to them. I didn't ask for any money back or anything because honestly, I had no more time.I had already spent way too much time there and we had to go. So now we are still going home hungry. I will say the staff was nice. They probably would have offered me something. But what could they offer me? I wasn't going to wait for more burned food and i have no plans at ever coming back so a credit wouldn't be helpful.

My rating is not for the restaurant itself rather it’s for the location and lack of care. Texas Roadhouse is well Texas Roadhouse. Consistently good no matter where. However if safety is your concern please stay away from this location. While eating we had our car window shattered and several items stolen from our vehicle. The only response from the staff, “well, they’re at it again”. So again if you value safety stay away from this location.

One YES vote - One NO vote. My wife ordered the 8 oz. Dallas Filet. Her filet was cooked a perfect medium rare. The steak did not look like a typical filet, but she enjoyed her meal. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger medium rare. I got the Smokehouse Burger well done. I didn't say anything to the server because my wife was enjoying her steak. My bun was also overcooked. We started the night with the Cactus Blossom. The blossom was very good with minimal grease. Our server, Sierra, was excellent. She would be a great person to teach customer service and hospitality.

Just left Texas Roadhouse a short while ago. The wait time was minimal, the service was excellent, food came on time and was the right temperature. Our waitress was so friendly and accommodating as well. Manager also stopped by to see if everything was okay with our dining experience. This location is definitely stepping things up in the service and wanted to take the opportunity to recognize that. Good job team!
