This is my final edit, and my last visit for this location ever in my life, I ordered a medium ribeye but I got a rawest steak Iever had in my whole life. We being served our bread and water 15min after we seat and I got no water or bread refill the entire 2 hours when I was there, the waiter is called Rx or Ry something he served another table next to us 6 times for that 2 hours without look at us. I ask for ranch for my salad but I got a spicy honey ranch which tasted like blood.
I have to ask the manager to cook again the steak without getting one single Apology. Oh and the first raw meat served after 1hour after I finish my salad without any bread and it's freaking RAW. there isn't any line waiting outside means they are not even at capacity, what's taking you so long?
And while we waiting I saw a cockroach crawling from the kitchen to the table before us, this is unbelievable, will never come back again.
2nd edit:I came back on JANUARY, my first mid well becomes well-done again, and the picture this is the second stake I got after complainted, and I switch to meidum, look at this picture and tell me this is medium
1st edit: I have been eating here for 2 years, 5+ year in other TXRH, I can tell their chief becomes much worse in this year, I had never got a stake I refused to eat before but this year that number is 6. I had the perfect well-done ribeye ever, when I ordered a medium. I got a rare when I ordered medium well-done, I got a few overcooked when order medium well-done, what's wrong with your kitchen? Besides i have towait another 30 minutes for my recooked stake that's insane.
The bread also becomes very unstable quality.
I'm very very disappointed. -
The BEST Texas Roadhouse we've been to.
We love Texas Roadhouse and have been to at least a dozen different locations over multiple states.
This one is an absolute stand out!
Perfect medium rare Filet, great service from our server Kelsey, the whole crew was on top of everything from friendly greetings to pre-bussing our table of dishes we had finished.
Had to grab the manager Sonny and compliment him on what a tight ship he runs, you could really tell that the excellence comes from the top down and he treats his employees with respect.
If you're in the area and craving some great food and service this is the place to visit! -
Worse experience, i've ever had at a texas roadhouse. I didn't have long tonight because I had my daughter in the car. So I asked to order carry out specifically making sure that it would not be more than fifteen minutes. I almost left a couple times but kept being assured that our food would come. Near 40 mins when it finally did come, it was burnt. We got out to the car and took a bite after all, that waiting, we didn't want any of it. We just took it back and handed it to them. I didn't ask for any money back or anything because honestly, I had no more time.I had already spent way too much time there and we had to go. So now we are still going home hungry. I will say the staff was nice. They probably would have offered me something. But what could they offer me? I wasn't going to wait for more burned food and i have no plans at ever coming back so a credit wouldn't be helpful.

I have NEVER been to a nastier restaurant. While eating a person who may or may not be an employee (not in any kind of uniform), sat beside of us an ate with her fingers while picking out silverware out of a basket and wrapping it in napkins. She would take a bite and using her fingers, pick up the tongs of the forks and wrap them. This is insanely unsanitary and sickening. I would have left before getting my meal if I had seen it before my meal came. The management here should ALL be fired for allowing this. I am reporting this to the local Health Department.

We had a rather large party and definitely anticipated the wait time. The best part of the whole experience was getting bread prior to sitting after waiting (extremely sweet)and singing happy birthday. We ordered drinks (regular ones first) whole one table had their drinks we waited about 4-5 mins for our table to get ours. The server seemed like she was a bit aggy she commented and joked every once in a while but just not the most welcoming feeling. After finally getting the drinks we added two additional drinks from the bar. We received our food (one table before the other) and still didn’t receive our drinks. Let’s also add that our table was almost finished eating before the other table received theirs. By time we finished eating I finally decide to ask for our drinks. The waiter just looked no apology or anything— she just said “I’ll go check on that”. She brings both drinks back watered down and still no apology! This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but now not so….. I also used to work here and the expectations of staff definitely seems to have changed! Oh last thing, one of the people also found a hair in the food 😒😒 DO BETTER TRH- Durham 😑🙄🫤
