This place truly pays homage to modern Asian cuisine. My wife and I came here for dinner last night, and I have to say—it absolutely blew my mind. Let me walk you through our experience.
From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance and décor transported me back to my childhood in China—sitting around the dinner table with my family, watching the latest historical drama about the Tang Dynasty, the renaissance period of Chinese culture. The paper-mâché awnings, luxurious wood-toned furnishings, and stone-textured tables add both elegance and warmth. It strikes that rare balance between refined and comfortable—fine dining without feeling distant.
The cocktails are all made from scratch, perfectly balanced with layered flavors and a gentle kick from your favorite spirits. They’re still expanding the menu, adding selections inspired by different regions across Asia, each thoughtfully crafted to pair beautifully with the food.
We started with the charred shishito peppers. The first bite delivers smoky, fresh pepper flavor, followed by a subtle heat that opens up your appetite. Next came the soft-shell crab—an incredible contrast of textures, with crisp batter giving way to tender, savory crab.
My wife ordered the tuna tartare. The tuna was impeccably fresh and rich, while the crispy onions added a satisfying crunch that elevated the entire dish. Then we had the gua bao—pillowy, perfectly steamed buns with just the right bounce. The fillings and sauce soaked into the bread, creating layers of flavor in every bite.
For her entrée, my wife chose the crispy tofu. Tofu often gets dismissed for being bland, but when paired with the right sauce—as the chef clearly understands—it becomes a perfect vehicle for flavor. Each bite was balanced and deeply satisfying.
I ordered the drunken noodles. The noodles were cooked al dente, with just enough softness at the center to deliver that comforting, umami-rich experience.
And that wasn’t even the best part.
The oyster shooter came next. A friend joined us who normally avoids oysters entirely, but this one—crafted with ponzu and topped with a quail egg—completely changed her mind. It’s an exceptional starter (and honestly, could pass as a decadent finish to the meal). Do not miss this.
Throughout the evening, the service was outstanding. Just as you considered asking for something, the staff was already there—attentive, knowledgeable about every dish, and quick to meet any need with genuine hospitality.
Tang—the pride of our heritage—and now, an experience you can share as well.

This restaurant just opened very recently and it is very promising. The atmosphere is very modern and looks very nice, not very many people so we just got a table. We ate a few appetizers and had the Thai Green Curry Shrimp and the Drunken Noodles, both had great flavors and good portions. They also have a large nigiri/sashimi menu and lots of Asian dishes to try. I would definitely recommend coming here and trying it out!

Delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere! The lemongrass chicken (p3) was my favorite. Everything looked great — just like in my photos. Would come back again!
