Honestly, this was one of the worst hot pot experiences I’ve ever had. The soup base had almost no flavor at all, so everything we cooked in it tasted bland. The meat quality was very average, nothing fresh or tender, and even the most basic sesame dipping sauce had no fragrance or taste. The four of us didn’t even feel like finishing our meal because it was so disappointing. I really don’t understand how this place has a 4.9 rating

This was the first time trying Hot Pot and it was so good. The Watermelon tea was delicious and the lemon tea was amazing. The portion of food that you get is a lot. I loved the veggies and the spicy broth. We got the mushroom broth and it was good but I don't think I will get it next time. I took off one star due to the amount of flies but I think that was mostly to the door being opened a lot.

You definitely need to be patient here because they don’t take reservations, the line can get long, and there aren’t many tables. So keep that in mind before you come. But honestly, it’s worth the wait.
We chose the big package, which comes with different types of meat (you can choose which ones you want), a variety of veggies, and several sides. You can also choose between two broth options. I recommend the regular broth because the spicy one is not only very spicy, but also very greasy, so I personally didn’t enjoy it as much.
There’s also a sauce station next to the tables where you can create your own dipping sauce using the ingredients listed on their menu. I highly recommend not skipping that part because it makes the whole experience even better.
They have many drink options, but I recommend the tea. It was a big portion and really good.
The staff was polite, but the vibe felt a little different. Maybe it’s just cultural.
Hot pot is meant to be shared, so it’s a great place to enjoy. I really loved the experience and I definitely recommend it! -
Perhaps one of my favorite hotpot spots in the triangle area. This spot is slightly smaller than their Cary sister location and therefore on weekends the wait time can get up to 40-45 minutes at peak times (6-7pm). I don’t think they allow reservations, it’s just first come first serve. Fantastic ambiance, really attentive service and fresh ingredients. It’s not all you can eat, you order by plate. Which is nicer, you don’t feel so bloated after eating there because you can portion control easier, and it’s more cost effective. The side dishes are great too. Particularly a fan of their fried rice cakes. Highly recommend coming here for hotpot!
