I stay here before. With the bad weather had to stay two nights because couldn't drive hone due weather Iin Mebane. Hotel staff nice. Price kind of high price for the room. Tonight there was two people fighting in the parking lot that was staying for sometime. They should give better discounts. Room was decent, lack other things most hotels due. It suppose to be apart of Best Western chain. Think private own. Room clean.

They profiled my husband because of his race and tattoos. After he payed for a room, they asked twice if he had a room there, using rude and offensive language. After having to choose wearing shoes inside or repeatedly a washing my bare feet, I had to take a towel and mop my own floor. Rooms are alright as is the breakfast, but the service at the front desk isn't the best. The housekeeping lady was nice, probably not paid enough to clean thoroughly. They also make up different prices when you pay in person. One day our room was 90, one day, 83, one day 72, the next 85, so be sure to book in advance online through another site.

Hmmmm, what can I say? Beware! This is like every other low budget motel being run by people who are making money and not putting any of it back towards tending to or repairing anything on the property. The facade should have warned me from the outset, as well as the inside halls that require a keycard to enter. The halls are dark, dirty and the doors to each room are scuffed and need painting. The room had OLD scuffed and outdated furniture. The sheets appeared clean and white, but the beds were lumpy and not comfortable with cheap pillows. The corners of the room and bathroom had grunge buildup and weirdly tiled floor hasn’t seen a mop in a long time. Towels also appeared clean but were so thin you could see through them. The tv consistently turned off and on while being watched and the remote was impossible to use or just didn’t work. Breakfast included? lol. Ok. Dried out sausage patties, frozen pats of butter and the old waffle iron constituted their breakfast. Powdered creamer instead of milk or cream for the yucky cheap coffee and probably orange Tang, instead of orange juice. Look elsewhere and consider spending a little more or expect the possibility of bringing home critters in your luggage. 😩

I hate this hotel This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in it looks like one of those hotels that be in those movies in ghettos where someone got shot. I don't stay in these kind of hotels my cousin pick this one I stay at the Marriott, Hilton etc.This hotel is not one I would recommend to my worst enemy.this hotel sucks. It looks like a jail cell.the rooms should be free these rooms are not be worth the money you all are charging. I get way more comfort at the Marriott, Hilton, ect.🤨😠😠😡. I want my money back this was the worst I can't sleep. I feel like someone gone shout me and my cousin.

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. My experience has not be best. This hotel holds a $50 deposit in addition to total cost of stay.
The issue with this hotel is simple
Roach infestation in the rooms
And the hotel does nothing to treat the roaches
Remote control to the TVS does not work
The pool is permanently closed
Breakfast is not good at all

Waffle machine, cereal, yogurt or toast is breakfast choices

This hotel participates in price gauging

Hotel rooms are in desperate need of renovations

Hotel walls are dirty not clean

During my entire stay , no housekeeper ever came to my room to do a refresher
