I recently had an insurance claim for a car accident and Enterprise handled my rental, and let me tell you — they understood the assignment. The whole process was fast, smooth, and stress-free.

They even offered me a shuttle from the repair shop back to Enterprise to pick up my rental, which I didn’t even know was a thing. Super convenient and honestly clutch during a hectic situation.

The rental they gave me was great — good mileage, clean, and easy to handle. Returning it was just as easy with no hassle or attitude. Everybody I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of and satisfied.

Highly recommend this Enterprise location. They made a stressful situation way easier, and I truly appreciate that!

I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. The location was pleasant and very clean, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Max was especially engaging and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt completely comfortable and informed.

I was already stressed because my car had to go into the shop for repairs, but the team at this location truly made the experience easy and worry-free. Their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made a big difference. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for a seamless rental experience!

Probably the WORST ran Enterprise in the area. Manager that assisted me (Michaela Sanders) was the worst possible person to work at a place like this. First she shouted that she "Couldn't look me up in the system because her nails were too long to type on the keyboard" so she assigned a different person to me while being just plain rude to her coworkers. She then decided to give me a car that was DIRTY inside and outside and only 1/2 gas tank full... She told me not to worry and to just match it when I bought it back. Once I brought it back they were trying to charge me for not filling it up. SO GLAD I took pictures and videos of when she handed me the car. That woman should not be working there, also yelling at all the employees......she really thinks she OWNS the place 😂 (watch out for this RAT)

The people here are great. Even when we made a last minute reservation and got there 5 minutes before closing. They were happy to help. The lady at working the front desk was nice and Max was very helpful with getting my great aunt with the vehicle. Thank you guys for not being robotic and being yourselves. This will be the go to place for my family’s rentals and for emergencies like today. Thank you guys !

This was always my favorite enterprise rental place. I drove out of my way to come here because the service was excellent. I have given them excellent reviews on many platforms, most often in their company surveys.

I know business is hard, they have had to decrease the hours. But the service is not excellent any longer. I just was caught in traffic and needed to pick up a car, thinking I could get there by seven before they close, now they close at six. I began calling at 5:45 to ask if they could remain open for two minutes. I was put on hold repeatedly never picked up until one minute before close. I asked if she could stay open a few minutes so I could pick up the car. She told me that the safe was already locked. I arrived at 6:02. In the past, I could’ve counted on someone helping me out. Not any longer. When I asked when they stopped answering the phone, she said she picked up and got dead air. But I was on hold repeatedly and never picked up.

I truly looked forward to renting my cars here a few times a month. My loyalty is now broken and I will just go to whatever company is closest and most convenient. I always was a loyal customer for Enterprise, especially this location, because I still felt like a customer, valued. That is no longer the case, sadly.

Update-
I see the response. I tried to get in touch without success. If you would like to talk to me or resolve this or get more information, you have my number on my customer file. It seems that there’s a problem with this location and it should be fixed. If it does get fixed, let me know and I’ll try again. Meanwhile, I will take my business to Roxboro.
