We came for an overnight trip to see the Bulls play! This hotel was perfect and close within walking distance to the stadium. Upon arrival we couldn't check in early at all, even though we were told they weren't busy at all. It was ok though. The room was incredibly clean and worth the wait!! Everything smelled fresh and the rooms were very nice!! We would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at! Everything was clean and the housekeepers are very friendly and jovial. My biggest thanks goes to the lady at the front desk. Her name is Nia. It is obvious that she loves her job and loves the guests - she is so kind and compassionate! People like her make me want to come back and stay at that hotel again!

Whats up Peep, I'm Back In NC and one of my new Fav locations...
Room: Was perfect set up for my style of travel as a Techie, wish more rooms was built to this style.

Service: Was great, just the set up for breakfast was like a Easter Egg Hunt In June 🤣, for food and condiments, you all would been proud 👏🏿 of me finding the food.

Location: is perfect for what I need to do their and quite and the whole Hotle smile was great, and a breath of fresh air, hard to come bye in most places, kudos for thinking about our noses 👃 🤦🏿‍♂️

I called and made our reservations in advance and called this property ahead of time because I had a couple of questions prior to booking. Joanna was so professional and thorough definitely made me feel comfortable securing our booking! When we arrived at the property this week Joanna was so friendly and still just as friendly as she was in the phone. She’s definitely a true gem!

First, I would like to commend the staff for being courteous and professional throughout our stay. However, I have a serious concern regarding our reservation. We initially secured a confirmed booking at a lower rate. Due to inclement weather, we needed to extend our stay by an additional night. When this change was made, the rate for our original reservation was increased without any prior notification. Before adding the extra night, my wife specifically asked whether the rate would change and was assured that it would not. Despite this, the adjustment resulted in a higher charge. We have made several attempts to resolve this issue by contacting SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham City View. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing.
