I have used Spoonflower twice for a fabric research poster and had a phenomenal experience both times. They both arrived ahead of schedule. My text was very clear and the colors were vibrant. And my poster doubles as a wrap in the chilly conference center meeting rooms!

I am a long time customer of Spoonflower, I love all of the fabric designs that I have received in the past, but this time around I had trouble with 2 fabric designs in my order, They were printed incorrectly, from width to width and it should have been from length to width. Very disappointed in receiving so much white fabric at the cost. Abbey helped me out graciously with the situation. Grateful to have her online to help, I was issued a store credit for the big mistake. I thought of never coming back to Spoonflower, because afraid this could happen again. But Abbey helped out tremendously and I will continue to be a great customer at Spoonflower.

Amber is the best! I couldn't figure out how to print pictures on fabric for a quilt I wanted to make. I am 74 years old and my computer skills, let's be kind and say, limited. Amber sent me options I could do and even sent screen shots. You don't have to be a computer genius to use this service. I nominate Amber for employee of the year. I hope someone is listening.

I realized I made a mistake in measuring and the amazing CS person Amber was able to very quickly put my order on hold, but also informed me about a sale that was going on so I could take advantage of ordering the extra I needed. Awesome help.

I initially ordered a fabric for a shower curtain. When the fabric arrived I was very disappointed: the color in the picture was way off. I was hurrying to take advantage of the sale, so didn't order a swatch. I love the print and the design, but the color would not work with my bathroom. The quality of the fabric was excellent. After several emails with Abbey G., she graciously allowed me to order another fabric with a credit issued by Spoonflower. Thank you very much! I will definitely order again.

I love the quality of their sport Lycra and all of the pattern options. They have the best and biggest selection of prints and I love that you can message the designers to help re size and match prints. Their customer service is also super helpful. Would highly recommend!
