Spacious rooms! Thank you for including microwave and fridge. Cookie was delicious. This was a rainy day! The restaurant was convenient. The menu had several meal options. I devoured my Shrimp and Grits, well seasoned and better than most. The group enjoyed their food as well.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I had a suite with two rooms and it was wonderful all the way through.
The staff is really great here and they offer laundry as a free perk on the 7th floor, the 3rd floor has quarter laundry.
The staff was one of my favorite parts because they’re so accommodating and friendly. It really makes your stay pleasant and appreciative.
The keurig in the room is nice with tea and coffee pods given to you and more at the front desk if you need them.
Maid service was great and lots of people coming and going from the pool area although I didn’t experience that myself.it was indoor and heated but outside was below freezing so I just wasn’t in the mood. Lots of family’s taking their kids to the pools too I noticed.
Great bar restaurant at the front with breakfast or dinner options. Parking was easy and account front.

Another Hilton property in disrepair.
Fridge froze my food, the AC unit cycle valve clacked so loud it was like a ruler on a desk slap all night, Hallway carpet filthy and a tripping hazard throughout, cookie was burned and a brick and the wifi. Ugh. The wifi. Speed test was 5mb/sec. If you want to get anything done, this wifi is not for you. Nothing significant within walking distance so need a vehicle. The water was Hot! And room was clean and people were nice. I just left disappointed was all

The staff is fantastic Thank you 3 to 11 shift James and omg can't remember her name .. GREAT Team !! and also the housekeeping and maintenance people..Made our family feel soo welcomed Hands down best hospitality..Rooms were older but we're great for our family size.. the view wa great.. location was fantastic 10 minutes too to duke or downtown Durham.or the colleges...will definitely stay their again...

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area. The service here is excellent, and the rooms are very cozy.

If you need a ride, Nanette is the shuttle driver. Not only does she play really good music, but she is a nice welcome when you arrive. If you have any questions about the area, she is the one to ask.

Check in is quick and there’s always warm cookies waiting.

The suites are large in the bedding and the bedding is comfy. I appreciate the wet bar with the fridge and Keurig type machine. There is a dining table and a large couch that I assume pulls out to a sofa. There are two TVs and the shower is relaxing. I appreciate the free toiletries.

Hands-down, the best part of my stay has been the service from Charletta at the restaurant/bar. She makes you feel very welcome and will introduce you to others who are also away on a work trip. Her hospitality is a cut above the rest. I spend about 14 days away a month and this is one of my favorite places to have a drink after a long day.

I highly recommend the shrimp and grits and they will cook their wings to order. I prefer mine an extra crispy and the sauce that comes with it is delicious. They also have a nice tap list for those who like a good beer.

I look forward to coming in the warmer months so I can enjoy the pool and there is a nice walking path along the waterway. They also have a nice library where you can pick up a book or drop one off for another guest.
