The personalized notes brought me so much joy and affirmed my confidence in the EVS customer service. These people genuinely care about spreading the good word of amplified instruments. All-around great experience. I flew from Seattle to (by appt) visit, with the sole intention of leaving with a new electric fiddle. I tried at least 20. I left with two. Susie and the whole crew were super helpful and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was even able to get the bridges adjusted before I left!
I'm not saying that this is the start of my collection from Electric Violin Shop, but I'm also not saying it's *not* 🤘🏻😎🎻. -
I just ordered new strings (got my electric violin secondhand). In spite of being a small purchase, they took time to understand what I needed and I received excellent and detailed advice. their people really know their products! The pricing wasn't quite as low as some other places but the expertise was very much worth the extra few dollars. Arrived in Wisconsin very promptly (ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday). Highly recommended!

5 star experience all the way. I’m a professional violinist for 30 years. The customer service here is amazing and the turnaround was lightning fast. Great recommendations, and I’m over the moon happy with my purchase. Highly, highly recommend these guys for all your violin needs.

What an amazing experience! My daughter is in her University's Electric Strings Orchestra and the NS Wav instrument on loan does not work for her ergonomically. After reviewing Matt Bell's videos on Violin Center of Mass and Weight at head, it seemed there were better options. I spoke with Susie a the shop who recommended the YEV. After putting my order in, I mistakenly ordered a Viola case for the violin--rather than shipping out the wrong case, Susie gave me a call and suggested an alternate case. When I told her to go ahead and go with the alternate which was $20 more, she told me that they will update the order and will do it for the same price as the case I ordered. What amazing customer service! When my daughter received the order it was well packed and had a personalized note from the shop. Keep up the great work!
