I got my pizza delivered so quick and it was a holiday so that was impressive. The pizza was hot and well prepared. I also got wings that were great. I just wish they had packed some napkins, and cutlery.

Don't miss their garlic knots – they're exceptionally light and fluffy, a perfect complement to the meal.

Always a great go-to for lunch. We had their single slices of pizza which were amazing. Beware, the single slices are extra large. Service was fast and friendly and the pizza was piping hot. We will return again when we have a hungering for pizza.

Horrible customer service and a very frustrating experience.
My mom and I stopped by this location while we were in the area, as we usually visit the Hope Valley location. Knowing that menu items can vary, we specifically asked the cashier what came on the chef salad. She told us it included ham, turkey, cucumbers, onion, banana peppers, and green pepper. Based on that information, we customized our salad, requesting no tomatoes on one, and no tomatoes or banana peppers on the other.
We received our order and drove all the way back home to Mebane (about 30 minutes away), only to open the bag and discover that both salads were loaded with black olives and mushrooms, two ingredients that were never mentioned and that neither of us eat.
We immediately called the store to explain the situation. After placing me on hold, the employee returned and claimed the cashier said she did inform us about the olives and mushrooms, which is simply not true. We were then put on hold again, only to be offered a 50% discount on a future visit.
This response was unacceptable for several reasons. First, there was no accountability, essentially implying that we were being dishonest. Second, the solution offered does nothing to fix the fact that we paid for food we cannot eat due to the inclusion of black olives and mushrooms, which should have been clearly communicated when we asked.
At a minimum, this situation should have been handled with a sincere apology, acknowledgment of the mistake, and a meaningful effort to make it right, such as replacing the meals. Instead, we were left with unusable food and a very poor impression of how customers are treated.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before choosing to visit this location.
