I was very impressed with this salon. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. And I can not say enough good things about my stylist. I am so incredibly glad I found Caitlin! I've been to her three times now—twice for a cut and most recently for a color touch-up—and every experience has been absolutely amazing! She is not only incredibly talented but also one of the sweetest people you'll meet. She truly listens to what you want and has a fantastic attention to detail. Before I leave the chair, she makes sure I am 100% satisfied with the result. If you're looking for a stylist who genuinely cares and delivers fantastic results, she's the one!

I had my hair done by Caitlin at Posh and it turned out so beautiful! She is so easy to talk to, she talks through everything with you and will answer all your questions. Very much impressed. I called to ask if they can. accommodate wheel accessibility. My Ma has dementia and I have to transport her in a wheelchair. She needed her nails and a pedicure.
I arrived 15 mins early. When we got to the salon ( Amanda) was ready to assist.
That made me so happy that I didn’t have to be obvious trying to get her straight.
I want to thank Posh for their compassion and understanding in taking care of my Ma.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon with Aiden as my stylist! I came in hoping to refresh my look and find a way to blend in my graying hair—and Aiden delivered beautifully. He added an all-over color with subtle silver highlights that look so natural and flattering. The blend is seamless and really enhances my hair’s dimension while letting me embrace the gray in such a graceful, stylish way.
Aiden took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. His attention to detail and talent with color are truly impressive. I left the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with the results. I just switched from Triniti Salon in Cary to Posh in Durham and I couldn't be happier!!! Aiden is an absolutely 💯 AMAZING stylist!! I appreciate the time he takes to ask questions about my hair cut and color preferences to guide his styling expertise 👌 In addition, his talent is evident in the texture he achieved with my cut and the edginess he brought to my style with the light blue color/clipper cut. I had such a positive experience at Posh! My bangs were getting too long and driving me crazy so I impulsively went in to get them trimmed. My stylist, Aiden, was wonderful and worked with me to trim them exactly how I wanted. I am so happy with the result and the bang trim was only SEVEN DOLLARS. I can’t recommend this place more!!

Brittani and Crystal did my hair and makeup for my son’s wedding and they were fabulous! I showed them pictures of what look I wanted for my hair and makeup and they effortlessly matched it! They both are so sweet and I felt like I’ve known them for years. Highly recommend Brittani and Crystal!

I was so happy to have done my bridal hair and makeup at Posh last weekend! The team did such an incredible job making my mother, mother-in-law, and aunt feel special - they loved their hair and makeup! And words cannot express how incredible a job Leah did with my hair and Caroline did with my makeup! I felt like an old Hollywood movie star, which was exactly what I was going for. The hair was stunning, and I got so many compliments on it; the updo matched my dress perfectly, and stayed in place all night long despite all the dancing! (A special shout-out also to Aiden for the beautiful gloss and lightening the prior weekend) The makeup was also gorgeous and was truly everything I had hoped for - I felt like an elegant, elevated version of myself, both natural but also extra special. As with the hair, it went perfectly with my dress (and also stayed intact all night, despite some light crying!)

Located in West Village in downtown Durham, this is a fabulous place. I had a great recommendation for Elika so I booked with her. When I entered the salon I was greeted and checked in. They offer several beverages while you wait. Elika and I talked about my curls as well as the humidity and other factors that affect curly hair here in NC. She also educated me on the products she uses and why. It wasn't just her just trying to upsale the products the salon carries. I was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommended Posh.

Becka was fantastic! I have very thick, wavy hair and it’s always been difficult to find people who know how to cut and style it. I’m also experiencing quite a lot of postpartum hair loss and wanted to get a cut that would help cover some thin spots. Becka did a great job and I felt so good leaving the salon! She is also very warm and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

I've been going to this salon for like 10 years. I moved out of Durham a few years ago and I usually make over an hour round trip just to see my girl. When she's not available I've never been disappointed by the other girls/guys. Beautiful salon and really nice people.

I love Posh The Salon. I've been going there for years and everyone is so friendly. The salon itself is clean and welcoming to everyone. Leah cuts my hair and she is just amazing. Not only does she work magic with my unruly locks but she makes me feel beautiful when I leave her chair. I highly recommend Posh, and Leah.
