I ordered my take-out order online and paid for the first time with this location. I drove thru the drive-thru and told them who I was and picking up my order. I received my bag stapled so I didn't look into it before I drove home since the receipt had my order correct. I opened and found the three orders of 6 wings (lemon pepper, ghost pepper, and Signature hot), but they didn't have my order of fries and only 1/2 sauces that came with the order. The wings were good and I didn't have an issue with them. The missing Cajun fries and sauce is a problem and I don't think I'll order online for them anymore. I attached my receipt for when I purchased on 21Sep2025. I just ordered again yesterday 19Jan2026) from the app and everything was better this time around. It was as simple as going to the drive-thru and letting them know I was picking up my order. I opened the stapled bag when I got home and everything was still hot enough. The food was great and the value is worth it compared to other fast food. I would definitely look to order in the future again.

When using the Popeyes app for pick up they never get my order right. Even when they read it back to me, it's still incorrect in the bag. Im not just talking about sauces missing but entrees. It's such a nuisance to get all the way home across Durham to have to return back to the store. By that time your food is cold and the whole experience is a bust. Please train your members the importance of double checking heck even triple checking and comparing to the receipt to make sure everything is in the bag.
