Friday June/12/26, around 2pm man and women working inside were awesome.Both of them Went out of the way to make sure my order was correct perfect and even showed me the pizza before i left to make sure i was happy with the food. Both were super friendly and chatted with me before I left. Pizza was great honestly forgot how good pizza hut is when you have that craving.

I’ve NEVER had a bad experience until TODAY. I ordered 3 personal pans for my kids and a personal pan and wings for myself. I get there and my order for myself isn’t ready. I had to wait for the pizza to be made and cooked. My boneless wings were just sitting in the deep fryer basket before I got there and the lady with the nasty attitude sauced them cold boneless wings up and put them in a container. My food has always been hot and ready until today.

This pizza Hut on Guess road in Durham has problems. I ordered 3 large sausage pizzas. I came back after 30 minutes & they basically said I never placed a order. They tried to tell me I must have ordered from another location. I know where i ordered from. They got rude and started accusing me of trying to get free food. I told them playback the cameras and they said they ain't got time for that....they knew they messed up just didn't want to admit it. I would never come here. Your order will get lost

Order delivery; accidentally ordered for carry out online. Called store, lady was helpful. Replaced order for delivery, and it was 30 minutes past the delivery time window( gave them grace for mixup on order) delivery finally gets here, and the driver THROWS (like literally slung my food on ground) then when I grab order; one pizza was hard as rocks, second was decent(dry,overcooked) breadsticks were dry and I did not receive my wings. (Whole reason for order). When I called store to inform, they said they would give me a call back. Called store back!? Never heard of that before. No one has called back! I also took video

One of the slices was obviously much smaller than the others. I’m not talking about the pizza not being cut evenly, I’m talking about the crust not lining up which is an obvious sign that something else took place with this pizza. I’ve seen videos where pizza workers cut the pizza in a strategic way in order to have a small slice of the pizza. This appears to be what happened here except they didn’t know how to finesse this properly so it was very obvious! (See photos).
The other issue I had was the service. I ordered the pizza online for pick up. When I went to pick up the order the workers never greeted me or spoke any words to me whatsoever. There was nothing pleasant about the interaction. As far as the taste of the food I truly cannot attest to that because I did not personally partake in it.
